Prashant ji I have terrible gas trapping problem, I am normally fine in morning, it gets bad as day progreses esp in evening . Normally after few hours of morning meal I start getting minor cramps and difficulty to.pass gas, in evening it gets worse, when I press stomach there is no hurt or pain on.pressing , infact most time my stomach is soft but on sittong on chair or otgerwise, I feel tight, sleeping position again I feel better & morning is pretty ok
So that INDIAN commode System is best........

Excellent asan information sir. But unfortunately I have disc bulging and sciatica I can't bend. Can I do just sitting posture and standing without bending ? For some few days I am having severe acidity and my sciatica pain came back. I want to do this Asana.

Later I have taken treatment at kottakkal arya vaidya sala., sn ayirvedic hospital. They cured it.

@@wendylee13 sweet of you! ObGyn gave surgery option and it's done now. That was for my mom. Just to add, Homeopathy has meds till 3rd stage prolapse. Other option is using a pessary.
