Semi-Hazy IPA Brew Day

I'm slowly becoming convinced that all Hazy IPAs don't suck, so I'm trying a "hybrid IPA" of sorts with a bit of white wheat in an attempt to do something along the lines of Deschutes Cosmic Creatures. Tasting video coming soon!

When I use my emersion chiller and my hop spider I just place my hop spider in the center of the chiller
