Great video Matt! Glad someone used that powder. I was really intrigued by it but had already committed to purée. And you are not alone, I also do full volume brew in a bag.

Thanks Chris! I'm glad you mentioned this stuff, I'm really curious to see how it turns out. I'm kegging in two days and then we wait. :) Glad to learn I'm not the only BIAB person; I'll admit to having a very long list of Brewtuber videos to get caught up on to see how everyone else does things!

Good to see the process! The Smack Packs are very much a thing for Wyeast, but White Labs, Imperial, etc. have never used them. White labs claims to have great viability, without it. But I've had great results with/without smack packs! Cheers!
