The workout was not done at max effort. The coach explicitly states it’s tempo based
I can definitely see that . still the workout programming was a speed endurance focus even if the coach didnt intend for it to be, So he still trained similar qualities I was talking about
It definitely wasn’t full out about 90-95% more of a speed end #1 type workout with the 250 included
@@justjumarihe specifically said in the vid not speed endurance just endurance. He’s focusing on things that are beyond your expertise in sprint training. Track is a sport that takes refinement

Glutes are probably the most important muscle for sprinting tbh
Are bounds knee or ankle dominant? Like as in do u push off the ground with ur knee or pop off as fast as possible with ur ankle??
There are thousands of ways to say ankle dominant, hip dominant , ankle, glute , elastic, etc. but generally it should challenge the ankles, glutes and quads a ton if done correctly

@@justjumari On other channels they mention how Miller is fast enough to qualify for the Olympic trials. Although the chances of him making the team are slim it's mind blowing a 17-year-old is in the conversation.
@@grimreality451 I think it actually makes the sport less respected since the professionals for some reason can not consistently run lower times.
how are these guy running 9.8 for 1-2 years then sign with a big brand and averaging 10.12 now? I feel like its an underrated problem in the sport people are not talking about
@@justjumari Like you mentioned in some of your videos, it could be due to speed equates to being bouncy. Younger sprinters with fresh legs tend to be more bouncy while the older sprinters may get stronger but less bouncy as they age.

Speed comes from the behind. Maurice green, Carl Lewis are obviuos examples. Even in football. The small behinds play oline the bigger ones play dline. The behind is a missing link for speed.v

Honestly no. You can probably be at mid 12’s with the right training tho, and maybe after another year you could be at 11
