@@cadenlewis213 that warm up is gonna burn you out, reducing the quality of the actual workout. all u need is the jump rope for warm up and some mobility
i am too much big, i have rotulian tendinitis doing sprints how could i do my knee stronger for sprints, if you have to select one exercise to reforce that knee tendon what you select? Thx
One thing I have been told is that sprinting is the best plyometric for sprinting, which I understand. But I have been sprinting for a while now but my ground contacts are still slow, ankle stiffness isn't great and I am not very bouncy. Do you know why this is? Or better question is why do jumping plyometrics like hurdle hops and bounds need to be done alongside sprint training?

How come the max distance in TSA is 40m
the goal is to maintain max force output, which decreases over time. 40yds arent bad but If you arent fast (sub 4.8 40yd) then you are just developing bad mechanics and breaking forces sprinting any longer then 20-30 yards
