I’m Justin, a S&C Coach. I help athletes who run sub 12.5s in the 100m and 5.2s in the 40yd sprint faster.
If you don’t run those times, watch all my free videos, and do my free programs until you can, then come work with me!
I’ve helped multiple athletes run 10.4 in the 100m, and 4.4 in the 40yd. I’ve also trained Division 1 soccer, basketball, and track athletes.
Here is proof of my results and who I have trained:

Bro really said his motivation was sonic😂
It literally was if the franchise didn’t exist I wouldn’t be into the concept of speed
Valid tbh
Valid asl his story just like me fr 😭
☠️☠️☠️
Mine was too 😂
This is the first creator I’ve seen who had a sport story similar to mine with below average genetics, and no interest in sports early on. This was what I was looking for
For sure
I grew up in Chicago for a bit and wasn’t allowed to go outside so I was a gamer
Moved to suburbs and just had a habit of gaming and never liked sports
So I started sports a bit later then most people should and (I was fat) so it was rough lol
the amount of free info you put on the internet you give is amazing, thank you brother
Thank you for debunking the myth that speed cannot be taught and is influenced primarily by genetics. Case in point: even elite sprinters come in all shapes and sizes with the exception of the morbidly obese--so body type should be largely irrelevant if you are willing to put the work in to improve your speed.
Yea I mean it’s just science tbh
Speed is
Force x velocity
Other aspects of speed is
Torque
Technique
Elasticity
Fast twitch muscle fibers
CNS
all which is proven to be trainable by research itself for years
amazing videos
Thank you
Bro your channel is so under rated
Not for long 🤫
Thanks for the video! I keep getting shin splints when I do high intensity low rep plyos. Any suggestions?
ive got i think good genetics (ran 100m in 12.4s having never done any sports in my life while quite an unhealthy diet at15) i'll start doing these drills and also start athletism this week hopefully i can reach the 10s mark soon
i was just wondering how do i improve my stride frequency
Do you do these before or after sprinting (or on a separate day)?
Hi i am 14 years old just finished my freshman year in track. I just did a 13.8 100 m and I am trying to get sub 11 and I pole vault and trying to get better at it. is there anything I could work on
Hey jamari I’ve been watching your vids for a while now. I’m trying to get sub 11 in the 100 and sub 22 in the 200. I just turned 15 and what would you recommend for me. I don’t do plyometrics, I cannot access a nearby gym however I have a massive field next to my house. Any recommendations for me? Im more built for the 200, my start is my weakest part of my race
My PR for 100: 11.20
My PR for 200: 22.34
Well doing a progressive plyometric program and some bodyweight. Strength work will help you a ton and your already very fast for as little training you have!
Lets say ur doing 2 foot hurdle hops. In one workout, could you do it so the first 2 sets are for gct over a low hurdle, and the next 2 are for height over a high hurdle?
That’s not a bad idea you can mix and match
Those jumping exercises i was doing at the park but i didnt do marks ill record this
yay you got this
what do the % mean? like % of 1rm? or bodyweight
For lifting, probably of 1rm, for the resistance plyos, likely of body weight
If it’s plyometrics it’s bodyweight if it’s lifting it usually will be 1rm
What is the difference between power 1RM and absolute 1RM?
absolute 1rm can develop power because power is strength x velocity. but tendon adapts to slow forces & compensations occur with 1rm force expression, this will negate the transfer you have on the field
the goal is to improve force at .6m/s or faster (power) vs slow force which is 1rm based lifiting
@justjumari that's big brain stuff that you just made really simple. HaHa. I've heard people talk about that, but didn't really get it until reading that.
So, after testing for your absolute 1rm, you stay between 40 - 70% of that?
Also, how do you test for your power 1rm?
How many times aweek?
Depends on the goal , if you want that done for you hop on the speed academy free program
My age is 14 year but my speed is 12.89
I went from 11.48 to 10.75 in 4 weeks with legal wind speed at events 😅
your very impressive, that is rare to do in a short time period
@@justjumari obviously 11.48 was a bad run as my pb was only 11.15 but still , made a few changes in 4 weeks and was just perfect day for it
@@justjumari forgot to add no coach either to guide me since last August just UA-cam videos lol
I think if I took track seriously at a younger age I could’ve been able to,run 10.1 or 10.0 while in High school or College
It’s never too late even if your 40 you got guys like justin gatlin going sub 10
you did not have to find my PR and put it in the video thumbnail broo
I’m sorry for stalking your sprint times for 2 days
I am 6’1 and I never been able to dunk.
Im sorry, watch my video!
@@justjumari help me I need to be able to dunk
u gotta point but i really hate it when people say genetics im like huhhh genetics can only take you so far
I don't think genetics should really be a factor, it shouldn't hold anyone back from taking action to improve themselves, and it shouldn't be a way to discredit people with great genetics. So the convo is kind of pointless in the grand scheme, if I use it in story it's probably for reliability more than belief.
@@justjumari i mean yeh but anyone could be fast like the most recent lineman we have seen in the nfl combine running 4.9s I think one even ran a 4.89 from what I can remember
This video needs some help. The Plyometrics were all over the place. The invisible list he kept referring to was crazy. I’m assuming he didn’t watch it for accuracy?🤦🏾♂️
What plyometrics were all over place? And the list was a mistake by my editor but right afterwards he just listed 1-5 each step
Checklist didn't come on my end ?
What checklist ?

It’s like the person monitoring the comments didn’t watch the video… 😅
"Below average like most of us" hmmm
Most people have below average genetics that’s not rude or a hot statement
