I love the first house. Big enough, yet extremely cozy and inviting.
The acting business is so saturated and COVID has affected the movie and television industry detrimentally. It’s brave of him to move this far to pursue his dreams during times like these. It really shows his drive and faith in himself. Best of luck Dane. Go get em! 💪🏾
when you have money and no obligations then it becomes easy to transition to other careers and even keep the one you already have. COVID-19 or without he is lucky and should thank god everyday that he got this far in life!
It always was and will be saturated. Thats the nature of something thats actually enjoyable and creative to do. The same can be said for graphic design.
That definitely happens when a person chooses the right industry to work in that's growing or could grow or is an essential 1. They have it made.

Well, the subject is buying a house... if the person has the money and total condition to buy it, ok, the decision is fast. But if the person does not have the money and depends on loans or leasing, it does not have to be that quick.
I really liked number 1. But I waited also for that ultra modern house number 3 to see.
He's very impressive! I totally respect a man; who knows what he wants! The home that he chose was gorgeous and, it is in a amazing location!

#1 was perfect! Mountains plus party pool, Got cosy plus contemporary feel and large but fit for just him. Smart thinking plus rushed decision making.....yet more smart thinking, I like him!
Even if you already have a house. This opens up a world of idea of thing one can do with their home

I’m the type of person that would have made my decision on the first house, but still would have wanted to see the last just in case! I’ve seen so many people think they have found their dream how, then they see one more and fall in love with it!
As for being a Graphic Designer, I believe he said he owns a firm, so that’s where the money is coming from. He also probably have investments, etc.

Tatiana is a very good saleswoman in that she is very good at showing a property. The points about the property that she highlights and how seamlessly she points out accents are really top notched. But it is a shame he didn't or we didn't get to see that modern house in Encino.

Perhaps, he is the most impatient guest on this show who does not care about the format. Between the two homes shown, the 2nd home was by far the better option

If you’re trying to break in, Outpost is where he should’ve moved. Ton of industry people live in that neighborhood. Location location location, baby. Ten minute walk from Runyon canyon, where the stars and wannabes hike.

SO, WHEN DO I PACK TO MOVE IN WITH THE BUYER? He cannot stay there all alone. Someone has to keep some life around the pool, kitchen, etc etc....
House 1 - good location yes but he is to tall/big for that house. Even though he knew what he wanted, why not visit house no 3?
Well it was really just the first master that was tight and he said he would use that as a guess room so no big deal. He also said he may come that master bath with the 2nd master to make it one huge bath.
The second house was beautiful but I like that this guy knew what it wanted though I found thr first house as soon cave

I get it...as east coaster myself...we know what we want & hate to have our time wasted. For the actor, Hollywood Hills is where he wants to be & that view is to die for....makes up for the odd layout of the inner house. He knows a good value when he see it. Also, Encino or Pasadena is just too far from Hollywood's action.
I agree with him the Hollywood hills is the better house.

Isn’t it fake? The guy is looking at the furniture , when you buy a property would you really consider the furniture?, that is the part that goes out with the actual owners… He should consider the spaces, the lay out, the textures..
