What a gentle down to earth guy
House No.1 & 2, both needed upgrades and were country shabby. House No. 3 had very cramped rooms. All these homes needed TLC! He was such a gentleman through the tours, I was not surprised that he didn't buy one. If I had his money I would keep looking for the right luxury home. These were not up to par for a rich film producer!!
Nevertheless, if I were to pick one from the 3, I would go with number 2. It was the warmest out of the 3 and they kept mentioning a great location for that one.
Apart from her beauty, what i admire about her is how soft and well spoken she is.
Hands down, house #3! It had everything! I loved it and I know that he chose it too!! Joc!👍

Great work Tatiana as always I believe you really add to the beauty and charms of the houses that you represent, personality and smile and laughter but also joy in your eyes and voice showing off the houses. I think your that good could even sell ice to the eskimos lol.

Tatiana, I loved the outside of home 1, the inside and outside of home 2, and the total area of home 3! That pool area and Basketball area is ICONIC to me! 💕🌟💕🌟
Encino Hils, it just has to be Encino hills, but I would turn the basketball area into a bowling alley. This home has such a warm and welcoming feel to it, I guess this has to Jean Guys choice, it would be mine! Good luck to him, I think he will feel right at home! You make a really great show of all the special homes Tatiana, save just one for me please? Perhaps I could move from Thailand to live over there!
