I loved the second house that Phil showed and although the garden was to the front it was huge and not overlooked. I’m so glad Kirstie’s couple followed her advice and got a property.
Kirstie, I was just watching the Neil Diamond concert from England from back in 2008 on UA-cam and I saw you in the audience!!!! ❤ Don't you just love him!!❤
No they didn't. They simply wanted The RIGHT House. One in which there wasn't a danger of their animals being run over. The second house had a long galley kitchen that didn't open onto the very small garden with no view. And the 3rd house meant months of plaster dust: THEY HAVE A NEW BABY. Their issues had NOTHING to do with 'champagne taste.'
Apropos Phil's first house... it absolutely wasn't his fault that he DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE CATS! However, how/WHY does he think he is going to 'CONVINCE' Mike into liking the house enough to 'go for it' ??? You do NOT risk the safety of your family!!! As much as Phil might like, the safety issue ISN'T GOING TO EVAPORATE. Why does he think it COULD??? THAT, I find annoying: When a VALID ISSUE is treated as a whim.
The younger couple are sooooo sweet! Tom and Liz are so appreciative of Kirstie's showings !

The Yorkshireman is such a nice fellow.
My eyes are exhausted from rolling 🙈 Committment phobia is a real thing. Thanks for the quality upload ☺
Thank you!
Phil's second house was gorgeous, that couple missed out!
I like Mike. Someone who takes the safety of their pets (who are also FAMILY MEMBERS) seriously, is alright by me!
They wanted champagne houses for lemonade money, especially the second couple.
Always

£275,000-£300,000 was lemonade money in the northeast of England in 2016? That's eight years ago. I think they were probably being realistic.
@@karent-s7639 Agreed.
They never told phil they had cats until he was showing them the first house.
Nice to have choices. Buy bus route vs pet safe setting...no brainer.
they just need a quiet road, Phil................
What’s the definition of a “flat”?
What is the difference between a house and a flat?
A LOT! 😂
A flat is an apartment, so, the shared outer walls.
Just one floor (not counting any loft) instead of both the floors.
Can we all 15:46 just take a moment to appreciate those stacked vintage sofas @ 44:10 😅?

I can't imagine leaving the cats outside. It cuts their life expectancy in half.
when people have kids, they want to sleep on the same level when there young and in this case, babies..................
the first couple is silly................
That's scripted, right?😢
