As a brand new agent, this video helped tremendously and gave me a lot more confidence going in to show a listing. Thank you!
Thank you for watching!!!
Would definitely love to see what you do to prepare for listing appointments. Also, a recording during a listing appointment or an acted out one would be EVERYTHING.
Thank you! Have my first clients tomorrow! Showing 4 houses
Keep 'em coming! Great video and energy. Much appreciated!
Definitely seems like THE most genuine video on “how to” because the way you’re dressed as yourself, comfortable and casual, is everything IMHO. Thank you for you help.
I am so grateful. Your video is so helpful. Realtor from Montreal Quebec Canada
Thank you. This was helpful 😊
Great video! I’m in my pre-license course right now so will be a new agent very soon and this was really helpful. Thanks!

Thank you
Very helpful❤
Great video, my touring style has never been “So this the kitchen” type so I can definitely relate a lot to your focus more efficiency and expertise rather than just presentational.
Thanks for this video! It was super helpful.
@@100KRealEstateAgentTraining I used your technique for showing a home today and it was flawless! The clients super appreciated being able to walk the well lit home without and agent on their tail. Thank you again!
great tutorial, thanks! would love to hear about the art of scheduling showings with agents who don't answer or are not so flexible or willing to cooperate when you have many properties to show in a short time... thanks!
Amazing video! Brilliant advice!!! 💯💯💯💯thx so much. This was super inspiring. Thx!❤️🌈⭐️🛸👽💎
As a brand new agent thank you for this.
Very helpful! Thanks
This video was awesome! Thanks for taking the time to share. I just got my license and now have MLS Access and Supra. Two things that have me a bit lost: 1) Where do I learn how to navigate the MLS? 2)I just want to walk through a house in my neighborhood and make sure I can open the Supra lol. If I text the agent from the showing notes, will they be ok with me doing that even without a buyer? Or, do you have suggestions on how to view properties before having buyers, just to get familiar with different floorplans??
I show up early to get the door open and turn on lights. Great tips!
Hello, doing my first showing and this helped a lot! Thanks!
I appreciate that! Perhaps the resale process. As it seems complicated.
Love your training for new agent. I just started this career, couln'd find any buyer yet.
This helped!!
Almost 30,000 views. congratulations!
Good video, I’m in the beginning stages of real estate course and plan to watch more of your videos
@@100KRealEstateAgentTraining thank u for asking , still in the beginning stages I took a pause due to some conflicts, however I plan to pick it back up especially since I have a friend that’s a real estate agent in my city , so I plan to pick it back up soon
This is a kitchen, this is the stove, this is the sink, this is the bathroom, this is the toilet. LOLOL. Very hepful. Thank you.
I hit the like button off top just because this is the type of content that is beneficial then when you said Riverside 951 I felt like I was back home
Solid video!
Great Tips!!👍👍
Hi there! I'm in the process of getting my agent's license. I thought that this video is informative, and you are knowledgeable. That would be great to see more videos such as these. -James
@@100KRealEstateAgentTraining I would love to see what you do for your client, after viewing (negotiating the price for the house, your interaction with the lenders, what resources do you use to close the transaction).
@@100KRealEstateAgentTraining I'm looking forward to it Adam.
I absolutely hate the toilet seats up! 😆 Thanks for the advice
Good job on the video
Love the toilet seat/lid comment. A pet peeve of mine too! Lol
Super helpful video! Thank you for this! Subscribing now! ☺️
Refreshing. As a seller we'd love to have realtors vetting people. Lots of wasted time"looky Lou's" who likely couldn't afford or appreciate said property. Good info!
Great video, what mortgage app do you use?
Hello. This has helped A TON. Do you have a video explaining your initial conversation with a buyer, with a few different scenarios? I know the conversation can go many ways, but maybe like how to ask better questions or have an effective initial buyer consultation. :)
Yes - 1st get a hat like he has and a sweaty t-shirts like he has
Then open up all doors front back everything Bit** are taking notes 📝
The secret to selling any property as a listing agent is dont let it get to your head domt be like this guy thinking you know everything. And dont be cocky . Patients and sugar gets the bite
Genius
First showing tomorrow, let's go!!!
Get it!!! Go crush it! Comment tomorrow how it went
How did it go??
I'm a new agent. I think I'm doing too much at my showings. For example: I'm in TN where log cabins are popular, I also worked for a log cabin company and have some knowledge to them. I just recently showed a log cabin to a buyer, who really wasn't in love with the cabin. But the location. The value for my client was location, however the chain needed some work, and a new roof.
I pointed out everything that would need to be done and what to expect on what to do going forward, as cabins needed to be restained etc.
Should I not be pointing out stuff that I see are extensive flaws of the property?
Or should I stick to why my client chose to see that particular property?
Ugh, I just feel like I'm failing.
Just had my first showing yesterday, I felt like I flopped! I printed out mls sheets and recited off them and all the property disclosures they had, but there were so many questions they’d ask that I responded with, “I’ll have to check and get back with you on that”.
I felt like an idiot because when the husband asked if there was a crawl space on one of them, I responded with “I don’t believe so”, then he found it. 😅
They seemed interested in one of the properties, they weren’t pre approved, so I told them that was the first step for us, I forwarded them my lender’s info but they haven’t filled it out yet, so now I think it’s my fault. We learn from our mistakes!
Awesome
HOw do you handle questions that are not in the MLS or some off the wall questions. I always say I can get with the listing agent I just feel like im un prepared everytime I get a question that is off the wall. One time every question was something I didnt know.
Great content but I have such a hard time with the background music
How much time you give the buyers to tour the House before go to the next one?
Can you show how you come up with their monthly payment with the HOA and Tax?
What do you do when you are showing a client multiple properties in a day,how do you get the other houses ready?
Thanks! Great video - Music distracting.
'This is the kitchen' is a remark I just hate. Like you say Adam, most people can guess that it's the kitchen !!! "Follow me - or Come into - the kitchen" would be a much better remark.
what mortgage app do you use
where are you located? im a real estate agent in ibiza :)
I would just like listing agents to return calls on questions the buyers may have. But no, its off to the next person who will buy in this market no questions asked.
As a buyer, am I obligated to to the seller what I think about the property? Realtors typically push for feedback from buyers.
@@100KRealEstateAgentTraining I don't have an Agent.
I wish my agent would do what you showed in your video. Realtors arrive at the same time as the potential buyers, and the realtor is not familiar with the house at all. That is disappointing.
So if you only have 15 or 30 minutes to show and you aren't supposed to go in until you actual showing time..... are you going in ahead of your clients and turning on lights and opening doors.. we aren't allowed to go in before showing time starts.
I’m a new agent, and someone said showing more than 3 houses a day is not a good habit
But you show 10 houses ! So it’s okay?
Bruh, we don't have a lot of new houses in California. I have to do more work! lol
Let your client make there own decision. People want to feel like they discovered the house and everyone's taste is different.
Decent video, but why the background noise. Very distracting
So you just let them explore the home on their own and kickback till they are ready to leave 🤔 just comparing methods here.
good video but man that background music is way too loud and drowns your voice.
no music next time. good vid
So you never drive your clients to the location? they always meet you there?
@@100KRealEstateAgentTrainingnow that you don't drive them anymorewhat do you say to them if they ask you to drive them?
One should start with render.ski
Love the video but I don't understand why the music in the background is so loud!? I came here to listen to you talk, not listen to music. Great information but the music was loud and distracting.
I can’t hear anything over the background music
Good info but the music is a little overwhelming/distracting to me. Maybe change the heat and or volume compared to your voice.
The background music is too loud...
The music was louder than you talking, but other than that I was good video.
Im not happy with the realtor thats trying to sell my home and yesterdays showing my home i felt so violated ransacked closets wwnt through the out buildings left my home unlocked outbuilding wide open closet doors open things in closet moved lights left on
Never open front and back doors at same time - in a client home
This is a kitchen.. watch Sarah Millican.. she says yes. her agent was pointing out the obvious.. she called the kitchen a biscuit room... lol.. she's a funny lady.
I like to at least learn what materials are used such as type of flooring and countertops. It makes you sound more knowledgeable and also helps justify the price of the home.
Flip flops ?
Great tips but lose the music dude.
Information may have been great but I couldn’t get past the too loud background music
yo that's my house
Music didn’t allow me to watch to the end, too distracting
