- Building the ARF version of this speedy 840mm wingspan flying wing. Those are nice looking little wings. I put rare earth magnets on my screw driver and Allen wrench shafts. Makes screws really stick to them.

Andrew, these good for being mobile? As in, transport in a bag with the wings removed etc, slot into place and hold in place using bands etc?

What battery does the plane come with?
I am only 14 and I am looking for a cheap small plane to buy that I can add fpv to later on. But small things in the quality like the wrong prop adapter, bad glue make me afraid to spend the limited money I have, do you recommend another plane that would suit my described needs?
+Ultra RC 1300 2S battery, Not the best plane for FPV. Your Versa wing would be better.
Great video! The only bad thing about this plane is the cheap motor mount. The plastic is very brittle.

can you tell me what size prop adapter i need? just ordered this from Gearbest. dont want to be held up too much when it comes
I think I used a 3.17mm but will need to confirm that. Your supplied adapter might fit anyway.
That would be awesome. I searched for more builds, saw like 4 videos but nobody showed or talked about that. I am screwing the motor to the motor pod right now. Did you installed the push rods in a way that gives a little bit of up elevator to counter act nose down at launch?
I would Have liked to see which holes did you use in the horn and on the servo. Also how much throws you have setted up. I am building mine. I have to make one of the holes bigger on the servo side but not sure which one to choose.

I have 50% 75% and 100% rates. It's a bit wild on 100% need to work up to that.
Thank you. I see that I need a little bit more reflex. Your servo control horn is quite shorter than mine. I installed the TowerPro Fake metal gear servos and they have quite a larger control horns so instead of the last one I used the following one. Your rates will help at keeping the maiden anxiety more controlled for sure. :)

Will this motor and drive work with 1500mah 6.6 volt 2c Life battery?
Good question. Definitely works well with 2S Lipo
oh, should the rx's antenna lay horizontal or stand vertical?
i placed the antenna like what you did but loses signal around 50m ?
For best range it should match the transmitter antenna, both vertical or both horizontal and side on to each other. Worst signal will be when they are pointing directly at each other. But if you're losing signal at 50m you have bigger problems than antenna orientation. Maybe a broken antenna.
I know it's been a while Andrew big can you remember if there was any deflect on the ailerons?!
Yes there is a little, something like 5mm maybe

It's a magic little wing, probably my favourite of the 800mm range. Can go very fast and slow.
I've got the same motor as you used, but I'm wondering to start with a little 24g motor to start off slow..
Can this thing fly with a 2200 mah battery sir?
I have not tried it but I'm sure it can.

Depends on the 4S Lipo. 4S 1300 will be too fat I think. Dont have this one any more but I have a new one on the way so I can check when it arrives.
I dont know if i would of trusted the plane with the provided glue.
