How to make an Overwatch/Final Faction Kitbash Custom Admiral Ackbar Droid

I made this custom DIY droid using an action figure from Overwatch and a Hasbro Boba Fett Slave One toy. I did a little kitbashing from Gundam bits, an amazing set of Dollar Tree Final Faction cyberarms and other greeblies I had in my collection. The final product definitely didn't end up how I was thinking it would but the end result reminds me of a droid version of Admiral Ackbar from Star Wars. 😂
