Actually there are some Chi-fi IEMs that are geared more towards monitoring and they are still quite cheap but surprisingly good. One of them is CCA C12 that you purchased. Next from TRN is TRN BA5. TRN also has specifically designed IEMs for monitoring named IM Series. They have TRN IM1 Pro and TRN IM2. IM2 is more musical tho compared to the IM1 Pro
Thanks for the review mate!! i have just ordered some after watching your review! i have a hibi H3 with a chord MOJO amp, running FLAC files. looking forward to see how they sound as i have only ever used oem's.
How have the CCA's held up to live use? I am trying to decide between CCA C12, KZ as12, and the standard brands like shure, which seems to offer better build quality but same or lesser audio quality for the same or higher price.
Hahaha..welcome to, the chifi rabbit hole! CCA C12 got 6 speakers each earpiece(1DD&5BAs) if i'm not mistaken. There are a lot of even better sounding than these at the same price or even sub $50s.
@@EduRB99 Hi there I know it's late but please try Moondrop Aria or something in the same ball park like TIN T3 Plus, DUNU Titan S or something a little more expensive just little like Moondrop Starfield and the Olina.
In your original Ultimate Ears EU5 video, you expressed a concern for how the right side was hurting your ear.. Did you ever get used to that, or how did you otherwise overcome the issue?
There is actually left and right indicator if you look closely in the cable pin, it write L and R, how your review after a few months, i wanna know, thank you🙏
I'm definitely getting the CCA C12 now. For competetive gaming and chilling w music tho 😆
good that you underlined its competetive gaming. Imagine everybody here would take you as just a casual gamer.
Welcome to the world of CHIFI! Grab a pair of BLON BL03 or KBEAR KS1 to have mind blown the quality you can get for cheap
I liked your BEFORE review of the CCA-C12 IEM. Would it be possible to do an AFTER review of how they performed during a show?
I suggest swapping the cables for a hybrid one, aka copper and silver. They are cheap and change the sound signature in a good way.

I find the CCA to be a bit painful in my ears as the snout is pretty wide compared to some others I have.
