Thank you Rich for keeping the great songs of Judith and the Seekers, or the boys as Judith lovingly called them. Please continue to make their music available for her fans even though Judith is no longer with us.
We have been blessed with the Seekers and with the death of Judith our lives feel the loss of this wonderful lady. We can comfort ourselves with the these beautiful remixes from the past. Thank you rich963.
My College days a unforgettable Golden Mouldy discussing with the family choosing our Final Farewell Song as we move into the next World this is the one that really stands out for me when it's my turn
We have lost two of the most amazing Australian voices in less than a week, Judith Durham and Olivia Newton-John, who will never be replaced. I miss you both so much! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I never get tired of listening to them and their slow songs/ballads seem to highlight their harmonies more. Though their harmonies always shine through. Thank you.
The most angelic voice…& one of the most inspiring, for I used to sing along with her on “I Know I’ll Never Find Another You,” “World of our Own” & “ Georgy Girl…& am still performing them at gigs. A million thanks for sharing your perfect vocals with us, beloved Judith Durham! We will always remember you with love & admiration. 🙏🏻❤️🥰🌷👌
For me this is one of the greatest pop songs ever written sung by the lady with the most beautiful voice who ever lived. I adored it when it was first recorded by The Seekers back in the mid 1960’s and well over 50 years later I still adore it!.
Proculled, thank you as well for your content. If I hadn't stumbled upon your channel a few years back, I would not have discovered the Seekers. Rich, this sounds (and looks!) fantastic. Thank you for posting and continuing to deliver Seekers content we can enjoy. Both your contributions are appreciated more than you know.
Wow! What a beautiful job not only with the audio that you and MixerRog did so professionally but also with the upgrade of the video to HD. Yet another superb job for which so many of us are eternally grateful. Thanks to both of you! (This is my #1 favorite song of theirs too!)❤
I always love the idea of the big black box thingy, that comes with some speaker sets. So. I bought some logitech gaming speakers with box, and I was certain surround sound wouldn't work for me for some reason. And. This recording sounds perfect. Jeez. I had 100.00 gaming speakers. 225 and it makes a BIG difference. This song is alive in this new way. I'm seeing another Seekers song to listen to. lol.
Did you know? On a Carousel" is a song written by Allan Clarke, Graham Nash and Tony Hicks. It was released by the Hollies as a single in February 1967, having been recorded the previous month, on the Parlophone label in the UK and Imperial in the US. Nash would opine: "'On a Carousel' was one of the Hollies' best songs. It's a pop song with an infectious chorus, but flirts with gorgeous shifts in rhythmic texture [that keep] the melody from becoming predictable. And the lyric captures the essence of young love without the usual moon-and-June cliches. We knew it was a hit from the get-go."
I think they didn't know that they sing the old russian song about Stenka Rasin's boats. It is amazing, but the Seekers can not showed all russian soul of this song
Amazing work - the harmonies on this are clearer than any remaster I've ever heard. Now I can hear the boys in the background.
A true star, can't believe she's no longer with us..😪
While no longer physically with us still always remains alive in our hearts and minds forever.

The vocals sound so much better, and Judith's voice is beautiful.

It was sad, but Olivia was actually English as she was born in Cambridge. Apparently she moved to Australia with her family when she was young.

Many thanks Rich. Sounds excellent on my DT770s. I've loved their harmonies since I was a child when my dad played their songs.
Great song. Fantastic quartet.
A magical band for certain , i too was a part of one long ago . . and its wonderful !!! I know they had a great time . . . Love judith 😊
so wonderful! very good composition and wonderful voices, best food for the soul!
This is music that comes from heaven, from the gods its a timeless classic pure brilliance ❤
She is so much better singing with the boys than with other accompaniment. Strings and male voices really compliment her.
The face and voice of an angel
I feel there will never be another voice like Judith, just like Karen Carpenter.😪
What a brilliant singer Judith was. Rip.
Rich, Great job on the video & thanks for using my stereo remix of the song. Rog
A great mix by Rog - perfect matching to video Rich.
Watching her sing makes me tear up.
Having this played at my funeral just love it to bits ❤️🙏🙏✊😎

A awesome voice, that can touch your heart ❤️ 💙
"The video has been restored & upscaled to HD." Looks like it was done with Supermarionation. "The Seekers are Go!!"
It's a difficult balance to get right, hopefully the Mysterons didn't get in on this one!
Simply wonderful and sad to hear..
The Michael Caine of bass players 😆 brilliant stuff👍
The remix is great
If we good turn back time
Our beloved Queen and Judith gone, my life ebbing.
Grandioos!
It's just a fact that groups today cannot perform or sing. The seekers every time bring tears down my face and I'm not embarrassed to say so.
