- Another simple recipe! In the time it takes to cook regular rice in a rice cooker, you can make kimchi bibimbap! Koreans, don't hate... I know this is non-traditional, it's just something I like to make when I am craving the taste of Korea but don't have a lot of time to prepare food.
Recipe:
1 cup rinsed rice
1/2 cup of mushroom liquid (the liquid you use to rehydrate your shitake mushroom)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp chicken powder
3-4 sliced shitake mushroom
3/4 cup kimchi
1 egg
green onion for topping
1/2 tsp furikake (Japanese rice seasoning)
1/4 tsp gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
