This waiting is just wrong brother, she threw 7 years together like that, trust me she had a backup otherwise she never would have left, and even if she did not have, girls or anyone cannot hold no contact with someone if they do not have another person or backup.

I did get my ex back 😊. When my ex broke up with me, I binged-watch Coach Lee's videos and followed his advice of no contact. It took less than 30 days for my ex to reach out to me, I did not immediately take him back but I did not ignore him. When he asked to come back, I told him, "I'm not sure, let's take it one day at a time" 😂, as Coach Lee advised 😊. Our relationship has never been better. ❤ But I felt like even if he did not come back, I would still be okay. The No-contact rule made me realize how strong I was. Yes, it was painful, but the pain strengthened me.

I love this!!! A month ago is when my break up happened (he broke up with me) and he kept in contact everyday, growing to be sweeter and sweeter. I realized for my healing I needed to put a stop to it. So I asked him for space and 3 days later he reached out lightly. He is realing that im trying to move on and Im now going more longer no contact because my goal is just to be happy. I still have rsentment that he ended things so abruptly out of nowhere so i need to heal regardless of what happens
1 year of no contact and to be honest , you feel relieved.
Everything happened for a reason and you have to accept .
No contact is just way to satisfy your needs of her assuming she’ll come back but she won’t .
Just go through the process and embrace it .

While that is true. You are a year on from your break up. I bet you werent so balanced about it back then. Or you wouldn't be here.
Most likely they are healing too, even if you might not think so. It's rare someone doesn't have at least some regrets or want to reminisce about good times, and looking at your social media can be comforting to them. If you really don't want them to, you can block them. I did that with my ex, because although he wasn't intentionally trying to harm me, every time I did come across his pictures or posts, it did send my emotions on a roller coaster. Blocking him was the best thing I ever did to really begin to move on. @@sloanmagnum5009
No contact is getting your ex from your head not only from your phone. Stop thinking about them and watching movies how to get them back. Don't let it eat you from inside. Hope is your biggest enemy after a breakup. Let things go, focus on yourself, and all the good things that should be there will come back to you. Without your happiness and inner peace you will repel all of it.

@@chakorleo thank you 🙏 he dumped me 6 months ago and I didn't stay way. I talked to him after 2 days and won him back within the week. But as coach lee says, it lead to abit of depressive symptoms from him. He dumped me again 5 days ago after a reaccuring argument and I've gone completely off the radar. We've been together for almost 5 yrs, our first year was on and off but very good after. We've been friends for 9 years, since high school! He argues that I love the idea of him, but I'd much rather have him in my life than not, regardless of all of our mistakes. I've never been able to stay away for any of my past relationships. I am here to tell you from personal experience that what he is encouraging you to do does indeed work. I have seen it work with two different women where no contact ran for 6 months and 9 months respectively. More importantly than it working, it really is the best choice for yourself. For countless reasons. With the right mindset you are going to grow in this time into a better version of yourself, in maturity, in wisdom and in depth. And those are very good things. I know it hurts and I know it sucks. Endure. Find positive things to sink yourself into. Reading, exercise, study, your other relationships, the world is your oyster. Explore and expand. In 2020 during covid lockdown, my 10 year relationship ended. I had my faults and she had her reasons. I was devastated, I begged, I cried but she wouldn't come back as she was adamant that we our relationship wouldn't work. I pursued coach lee's youtube channel, watched all his videos. Learnt the meaning of no contact and how a man should behave if he faces a breakup. Its 2024 and Alhumdulillah I am married to my girl friend. It was 6 month long break up. 6 months felt like a year for me. I will be forever grateful to coach lee and his motivation. I also referenced him whoever from my friends circle faced this situation. Listen to the Coach, this time last year I was in a very dark place, my ex was ghosting me, despite the desire to reach out I did no contact and about 46 days later they reached out, 1 year on we are great friends and will remain so, my choice.
The no contact period allows you grow and in some cases you will realise that you are better off without that person as a partner or if you do take them back you will have had ample time to reflex on how you are willing to be treated going forward.
I still check in with the Coach's videos the odd time as they remind me how far I have come in 12 months.

Just want to jump on here to say that in December I went through a breakup and watched these videos 10 times a day to drill into my head what to do and she came back and went again but I bettered myself and I’m not at my happiest. Genuinely didn’t believe it at the time but time makes everything better. We wasn’t toxic we had a brilliant relationship so it hurt more that we ended but it actually gets better and I’m so happy to tell you all that everything gets better in time

Coach Lee is right. I got my ex back after 3 breakups and tried to remember what he said about keeping the peace. Not bringing up the breakup. Try to go slow. But once we got back together this last time I did not watch his videos and we ultimately ended the relationship again. Not only do you need to know a persons love language, you need to know a fight language, so when an issue arises again you both know how to deal with it. It’s been a month. Hey Coach Lee, I went into no contact and followed your advice on things like social media and how your exs mind works in no contact. Day 29, she calls me and i answered and didnt ignore her, ended up going over her place and having sex. Its the following day and i dont know where its gonna go. I just have to say to people who watch your videos, i was a solid partner, didnt cheat and never abused her. In my personal opinion, if you too were a partner like that, they will come back to you in some form or fashion if you listen to this man. Your silence will bring upon regret in them that your words will never achieve.

Today would have been my 1 year with my ex. She brokex off with me in end of March. Accepted the break up and put in the time for me: therapy and just trying to be better than the old me. Yeah she did the texts after and played games and still uses fake numbers. She also employed flying monkeys at her job to try and smear me. (We both work in the same field, different parts of the city) . Long story short. I kept NC for me and just to move on. I don't chase or beg people to stay in my life as i pay attention to those who give me attention. I was supposed to be on a staffings this morning with her, i had my supervisor cover it....i know she's missing me. But i don't miss being disrespected or played like a fool.
One more thing, these practices take time, sometimes longer than 30 days, or 60,90. But trust, they always come back.
Today would have been your 1year anniversary… she broke off end of march. So you were a couple for like 1,5 months?

I was dumped almost 5 months ago. I was in such a dark phase when it happened, I did the no contact and every time I got anxious I saw your videos, I've seen all of them several times. As you predicted, the person came back, trying to feel the territory, but now it's me who doesn't want anymore. She broke up 17 days ago and I've been in No contact for 15. It's so hard not to check if they posted a story or the last time, they were online on whatsapp. Im struggling because I really want her back and I want to give this thing the best chance there is. I've also been very good at focussing on myself, as far as diet and working out goes and I really want the motivation to be, that its the best for me and my sake. Well done on not contacting her. Its a painful journey but we have a lot to learn about ourselves during this time. Try to reflect on both of you with honesty and curiosty and you will be a better person for her if she comes back or the next person you fall in love with. Just remember if she does come back, you need to be able to tell her what "you" need and what she needs. You might find you don't need her at all. But you have still gained a lot of self improvement by working through the hard questions and lonely times in solitude.
Never accept back an ex GF. Even if it were successful you would be getting back used goods. Just accept the fact she is out with other men or will be. You don't want sloppy seconds.

I wish there was more advice for those struggling in situationships. Because they are real, and do hurt. My lady friend was conversing with a man for nearly 5 months long distance. He asked what her fears were. She made herself vulnerable to him. He opened up about his childhood and how painful it was. Then he tells her he is in an exclusive relationship, "does it matter to you?" he asked. "Oh," she replied. That's it. She wrote nothing else. And she stopped writing and he hasn't written at all. She has been in NC since Feb. 4th. She was nothing but sweet, supportive and understanding. They had been communicating daily before this, with phone calls too. I told her there's no way he hasn't thought of her. That he's banking on her writing him first as she was always the submissive one in the communications. she's got a phone call with Coach Ken on March 1st, hope you guys consider doing a video that covers situationships too, because they are out there and I am witness of how much they hurt even if you've never met the person in person

A year after the break up and no contact. I wrote down all things i dislike from my ex and put it on my wall, so when i am weak and want to reach out to him, i can always go back to the wall and read all those things i hate from him so i will change my mind and be strong again.
I think realizing that she is struggling and hiding from me to ease the pain of a breakup that we later reconciled into a mutual thing. Things have been alot easier.. My mind isn't broken, I still think of her, I still think of the times, but I know that both of us struggling and trying to be the best we can be for our own futures makes me a bit happier even if that doesn't realign again. I still see her everyday but the contact is little to nothing and I think that's best for us at the moment. Respect them and you will respect yourself. Hey guys. I just wanted to share my story. I did everything what Coach Lee and Coach Rex have told me. Went into no contact. Even if we had to talk, I was polite but distanced. I changed my clothes,hair and makeup. I even changed got to know new people. I didnt reply him. HE CAME BACK. He begged me. Now I told him that I was giving him 2 months to show me how he changed. He agreed. Everything I didn't get in the relationship, I told him what I am looking for.
Through no contact, I found myself!!!! Bonus was him coming back.

Thank you so much coach Lee ! I was dumped out of the blue, after 3 years , to who I thought I would spend the rest of my life with . I was utterly broken , I did the begging , pleading , turning up , phoning , photos etc to make them realise how much we were in love . I found coach Lee who I can honestly say his UA-cam videos saved me , literally! I went into no contact after 2.5 months of begging . Day 18 I broke and asked him for a casual drink . I was brushed off with his other plans , so had to reset back to day 1 . Day 23 he started to message me , just casual , now day 24 he’s coming by for a drink tonight. Please don’t give up , I never ever thought I’d see him again , believe in coach Lee. The begging only made it worse , the showing you can move on and will move on did . Focus on yourself, honestly, the first NC I tried , I was literally crossing the days off getting worse by the day with panic , why I broke on day 18! Then when I reset and focused on myself, not counting the days , my inner strength must of shone and got me back up that totem pole !! Early days but at lease we’ve got to having a drink together.
My girl, after saying I was the best BF she’s ever had, nobody has treated her so well, I’ve brought so much peace and happiness to her life, and that her family has never liked someone she brought around as much as me, dumped me on a trip we took together to visit some of her friends she met online. I have a question for you. Is it possible that an ex won't reach out just out of fear of rejection if it's been a long of time, say 2 or 3 months? I'm talking about the prodigal girlfriend, or prodigal boyfriend effect...I know that this fear of beeing rejected keeps them back a little bit from reaching out to you, but is there a possibility that this person has realised they messed up big time and want you back, but at the same time be so afraid, shy and feel so guilty to avoid contacting you in the first place, because they think they've blown away all their chances with you? Coach Lee is the best relationship coach out there, him and Coach Black are top lads and this is another informative video..However, between them, neither has made a video or talked about the differences between No Contact for men and women, and the differences in their experiences; If you ask me, if you're a man who is dumped and you go into No Contact, odds are it's more or less over and you'll suffer a term of harsh loneliness, it's in these moments where we'll retreat to the batcave and work on ourselves - But if you're a woman who is dumped, odds are the ex WILL be back in touch and she will likely have a much easier time in No Contact, she will be getting a lot of support from her girlfriends and lots of potential male partners throwing themselves at her which will enable her to 'move on' faster because she's distracted by all these guys, we've all seen this happen...This is something I'd like to see Coach Lee or Coach Black to talk about from a professional stand-point, because I think it is a question we're all thinking deep-down.

I do talk about that in other videos though it's not the main topic. Women are taught to play games from an early age ("hard to get" which doesn't work for one) and have been taught since they were little girls to let the man be the one to take the risk of approaching, make the first move, express desire first, pay for things, etc. I'm not saying that to slam women, I'm just saying that they are usually more comfortable with the strategic aspect of this and because of the expectation of men to approach and make moves, women typically have more options than the average man - though not true of the upper level of the most desirous men. I will make a video on it specifically though.
@@RealCoachLee Well said good sir, well said, and you are right, I have heard you talk about this topic in other videos, it's just something easily observable what with the tool that is social media, women post break-up have a very different experience than men, in my opinion it's often easier for women who are all round supported, they get messaged far more often, they usually start dating sooner because they've far more options, they may not attract the man they want right away but it's an ego boost, it's validation and it's just a matter of time. On dating apps women have a very different experience, getting dozens if not hundreds of messages where men have the opposite experience. No contact and your advice that follows is still the best out there by far, what Rex has coached me through is a lifeline, but with these observations in mind, i wonder if the advice/best strategies discussed, be tweaked depending with whether or not you're male or female...Thanks again Lee, keep up the great work, you're making a huge difference. Oh my gosh, he came back. I didn’t think he would. He wasn’t even my boyfriend. It was a situationship I left because he wouldn’t commit. I went NC 5 mos ago and figured he wasn’t coming back if he didn’t by 3 mos. My head is spinning. Not sure what will happen next so I’m going to rewatch Coach Lee’s videos I bought and be hesitant. He asked to take me out to dinner to our old place. I said maybe. I don’t want to get hurt again.

When my ex broke up with me, I watched Coach Lee's videos every single day. I fell asleep to them and almost always had one on. Hearing him talk and the things he was saying gave me comfort that my ex would come back, and he did. By that point however, it was too late. I didn't want him back anymore. But these videos helped me through my darkest times and the comment section always helped me feel less alone.

He left me 7 months ago over a text and refused to answer to my messages. I have been in no contact ever since and although we work in the same building and see each other occasionally, he hasn't spoken to me or even looked at me. Today was the first time he greeted me, but he didn't look at me, so I think it's safe to say he doesn't care about me or think about me that much. Doesn't matter though, I no longer miss him because no contact has worked for me.

I can’t see any coaches talking about NC to get ex back from the perspective of the Dumper who had to initiate the breakup that they didn’t want because they were pushed into it. 😢
So i was in this situation. My ex and i had a pretty long relationship of 4 years and the last year of that relationship before the break up, her drinking was getting out of control, plus some other issues with insecurities. There was never any cheating or abuse but i felt like she just wasnt changing for the better so i ended things, but in a weird way i feel like she indirectly dumped me lol. Anyway, a few weeks after the break up we had sex a couple times but eventually she got into a rebound and i found myself chasing her. I applied the no contact thing and it was tough some days but around day 30 she hit me up and we had sex again, i went right back into no contact and 8 days after that she hit me up again. We went to dinner, and even though i wanted her back, i knew it was important that she initiate that conversation, which she did. I said i would be willing to get back together but we gotta take it slow. Its been 2 weeks and things are going good. Ill say this as far as being the dumper, the same thing applies, you must go no contact to help you detach from the situation and allow them to process what you mean to them. The only thing i think is different is, as the dumper, you have to be more willing to give them a little encouragement when they do contact you, like let them know your open, without giving them the power over you...if that makes sense? Where as, as the dumpee, when they contact you, its like you gotta be real short with them and kind of indifferent like you could careless your talking to them. Anyway, i hope this helps lol.

last two breakups went the kinda the same with no contact. 1st is almost 3 years of no contact and second almost 1 year. I would suggest that you go through the pain, examine every bit of that pain and accept it into your soul, so you can grow from that pain. Be thankful for that painful experience, it helped you grow.
Its hard to accept the loss of a loved person, but you need to move on. Just as that person came into your life, so will another.

Similar situation for me, except that I was the one who ended our last conversation with a confident "Then call me when you are." Ready that is, because she didn't feel ready yet, realising that she still hasn't gotten past her last relationship.

No contact worked like a charm for me twice with my ex husband (we separated, got back together but years later ended up divorcing). The first time I actually was moved out of the house for 3 months. I would see him briefly when he came to pick up our daughter. I would make sure i looked good and was cordial but always acted aloof like I had something else going in and wasn't worried about him. He actually had a gf at this time also! I would not contact him for any reason other than our child. After 3 months he came back and asked me to come back "home". I did and we stayed together for 7 more years. Eventually we couldn't get along anymore and i moved out again. Again, I stayed no contact and only spoke with him about our child. Here he comes again 5 months later saying that he missed me wanting to het back together. This time i was over it and told him there was notbing left. BUT... I am here to say that everything that Coach Lee says works like a charm. Its almost textbook how well it works. Meanwhile work on yourself. Believe me, your ex will notice.
8 months of NC, I am Dumpee, and break up was harshest. She blocked me without giving me closure. Was blocked for first three months, thn every month got one bread crumb. Didnt reply to those bread crumbs. Thought she moved on and she never coming back.
Yesterday she contacted me telling me she wants to clear things up.

Hi coach Lee, I’m really confused. I’m on the 5th week of no contact. But I sometimes feel like I need to apologize for some of the negatives that I caused during the relationship. Even though I did apologize when they happened, I just felt I should have treated her better. We had a very loving relationship and we meant everything to each other until things turned and she decided to leave. My ex broke up with me three weeks before our one year anniversary, which was three days before valentine's day (our second date). She is the biggest overthinker I've ever met and fixates on negative things and doesnt let them go. She mostly broke up with me over a single event. Our relationship up until the last couple months was absolutely incredible, and I thought she was the love of my life.

Hey dude, if its any consolation, this is nearly the exact same thing that happened with me. She was always fixated on negative things and overthinked every little small thing. Leading up to the BU that came of out the blue our time together was amazing, and i was thinking she was my soulmate. But yea out the blue she tells me were not compatible and she dosen't see a future with me. And worst part is that she said "maybe we can try again in the future"
Went trough the desperate phase, and now im coming around two weeks NC. Also scared that she will be gone forever. But i cannot chase her anymore, even though the hurt is big, the only thing i can do is to focus on my own MH and improving my life.

I think this depends on your attachment style when it comes to No contact. If you find yourself an avoidant attachment style,I think you should reach out and communicate clearly. From my experience,I feel like NC is kinda coping mechanism. The longer you suppress your emotions to talk, the more painful you will feel.

Until your 55 and the kids are now young adults and you try and reconnect with your spouse to find she’s hit menopause and now your getting more action with your palm then your once young attractive partner.
Block them and delete them. If its been more than 45 days then they dont care.
