Caught this video just before doing a carpet install on my 2000 GT convertable. Loved the tips on the installation. Using the clips on door sill and back seat brackets to help hold it in place were great to know before the install!

Some of us have an automatic transmission. Sounds like a good time to put down sound deadening material on the floor.

Do you plan on doing new spark plugs, fuel filter, and coil on plugs in the future to?
charles taylor Yes. The fuel gauge doesn’t read correctly (didn’t even when I had it). I already have videos on the pump, filter, and plugs (on a 4v), so I’ll probably just show an update since the videos exist. Maybe one on the plugs ua-cam.com/video/UhgkGXLSkl0/v-deo.html

Looks good...but why not use this opportunity to install some sound deadening under the carpet? That carpet has backing but that's not soundproofing is it?
