What if some idiot threw away the broken off piece? Would it work if I could find a round piece about the same circumference as the original? Or does it need the metal part at the top? I haven't used my sewing machine but like once, many yrs ago, so I can't remember.
I fixed mine machine today I got on ebay that arrived broken. I am glad I didn’t take the whole machine apart . Thank you so much !
