    Is this the successor to the Swift FX Nano nasal mask? I thought the Nano was the most comfortable mask I ever have worn, but I'm not sure they make it anymore. thank you.

    I really like this light mask but the clip for the head gear really does not hold the straps. Improved over the P-10 but still a long way to go
    The head gear stretches out too easily and tightening by pulling thru the clip does not hold

    Is this the same headgear as the P10?

      Hi Kim, thank you for your inquiry. The headgear for this mask is compatible with the AirFit P10 mask.

    I’ve tried all of this. My machine still says I have leaks. 🤬

      Mask leak can be a common issue for CPAP mask users. As a first step, this article on our sleep blog offers helpful information about what might be causing your mask leak and ways to address each potential cause: bit.ly/4bR2oSC You may also find it helpful to run a Mask Fit Test from your machine (check your user guide or contact your supplier for steps on this) Also keep in mind, your medical equipment supplier is always there to help if these adjustments aren't working, if you're interested in either another mask type or model, or if you'd like a more direct in-person refitting of your mask.

    This simply is too flimsy to use. The headgear does not attach to the cradle, so any slight movement after placing it overhead makes the strap pull off the cradle. I was told to get this because the N30i leaks a lot and makes a lot of noise during the night. Neither is worthwhile!!!

    Can the N20 cushion work on the N30 headgear? I love the nose cushion on the N20, but the magnet on its headgear bothers my teeth and tongue.

    • @ResMedAmericas
      @ResMedAmericas  4 роки тому

      For most of our masks, the cushions are only compatible with the mask they are manufactured for; this includes the N20 and N30. So the N20 cushion would not be compatible with the N30 headgear. Thanks for asking!

      I also prefer the a nasal mask such as the N20. I do not use that brand. The one I use has a very similar and uncomfortable headgear. It leaves skin marks on my face. Have you solved your problem @viewballs?

      Not yet. I’m on day number 125 in a row of using F20. Hopefully, eventually I will find one I like better., though.

      @@viewballs I have tried 4 different ones. LOL The Nano nasal mask would be cool to try. 1. It seems not lots of providers carry it anymore. 2. I am not sure Resmed supply several size cushions like some companies do with some of their models. I am using the WISP by Philips. Same as yours. Good luck.

    How do I determine which size I need?

    • @ResMedAmericas
      @ResMedAmericas  4 роки тому +1

      Hi Joyce,
      The Fitting Template for the AirFit N30 should help you to determine which size cushion you'll need. Here's a direct link to that fitting template: www.resmed.com/us/dam/documents/products/Mask/airfit-n30/fitting-guide/airfit-n30_fitting-temp_web-inch_eng.pdf We'd also recommend discussing sizing options with your DME provider. They should be able to determine the proper cushion options and sizes that might work best for you.
      Thanks for reaching out!
