Fantastic video review!
I love these masks both P10 and the N30 but I unfortunately have to use a chin strap. I agree there can be some leak if not adjusted well. Pity the hose part is a bit smaller in length, would have liked a similar length to the P10. Thank you very well presented video look forward to more. 🧑🦳😷
One thing that is not mentioned about this mask is that there are 2 little dime sized fibre filters sandwiched in the diffuser. I pried mine apart with a butter knife as it is just press fit. I wash my mask meticulously once a week as recommended. But that material can't be cleaned in place. As a result they had black spots. Simply put, they are bacteria traps. So I removed them.
Very informative video. I have a small nose so I been having some issues with air coming out in spite that I use size small. The bridge of my nose does not fill it in. also the hose is a pain in the butt. I get tangled in it.

I love the N30, but the diffuser filter bit takes forever to dry after washing. I would love to see an option in the future to be able to remove it and wash it outside of the cradle so that it could have more airflow for drying.
I have a love-hate relationship with this mask. I love the minimal comfort and the cradle style. But the buttonhole type hook system is really poor, in my experience. After carefully removing it to wash the mask it would not stay attached, even if I held it in place while putting it on. I finally hot-glued the straps to the mask frame, then later used zip ties to hold it on. It does slip around during the night, even though I'm a back sleeper. I found a partial compromise by wearing a soft foam eye mask and wearing the mask straps over the mask seems to hold it in place a little better. Then I put the bottom strap under my hair to keep it from slipping. With that workaround I get minimal leakage.
Just got this mask. Quiet it is not. Its not leaking but the by design you hear the constant air diffusing
If you wash the strap and let it air dry it is suppose to shrink back to size.
Could you show a “tube” hook in some of your videos please.
The P 10 blows air back through the nostrils under pressure and dries my nose and throat and stays in the drawer. The N 30 mask is great but the head gear sucks. Notice at 2:30 into the demo as he is talking about the unit with the lower strap starting to come up and off. They should have an upper and lower strap so that they bracket the ears unless you have a pony tail to hold the strap on, I don't!
Take the N 20 head gear and put it on the N 30 mask and you have a winner!!
How will I know when to swap out the nose cushion for a new one?
Get a lot of face marking can I get extra padding for this mask
I like your reviews, my issue is the headgear on the p10/n30 is terrible for active sleepers. I can't keep the headgear on it just slips off. If they had this mask w/ the swift headgear or evora I would love it. I know some people have DIY'ed the swift headgear to work on the p10/n30 pillows but I would just mess it up. The headgear p10/n30 doesn't come with clips now. (I have the "for her" and I put my ponytail through the middle of the straps and it still falls off while I sleep).
I know this is from 8 months ago but I struggle to find an answer from an actual user... are the headgears interchangeable? I have p10 and I want to try this. Can I just buy the n30 pillow and use it with my p10 headgear?
Also, the p10 is creating a deep crease on the top of my nose. Will the n30 solve this problem?
@@techshabby0001they are not interchangeable
@@Sunflower-Lover I am using the headband from the p10 on my n30 and it works fine. I neither see nor feel any difference. I'm talking about the stretch band part only. Im using the p10 band bc they are too tight when they're new and my P10 band is already worn in.
@@techshabby0001 I'm glad it's working for you! I was going by 2 UA-cam videos.
@@Sunflower-Lover I know, I kept trying to find the definitive answer and it was impossible.
For every person that said yes, there's a person saying no. I even asked the salesperson and she said no, they aren't interchangeable.
But I ordered the n30 to see if it solved some issues I was having with the P10, and checked it myself and they are definitely interchangeable.
Just the stretchy headband part. The rest of the gear is specific to the model #
Is it normal for N30 mask that I near air flow like water fall? I am not sure if it was leaking or just the filter that release air to go out on top and bottom.
Samady, When you are on your pillow? Yes if you have high pressure. If it was leaking you will feel it around the mask (you can check though by importing your cpap data into Oscar software).
Is it better for people that sleep on their side?
Do you know if you can wear the Nasal cradle the opposite way with the Left Right at the top? I’ve found that it’s more comfortable for me that way..
GEM MOON, Weird but as long as you have a seal without leaks it's not an issue.
I have so much trouble with the P10. The prongs or pillows really irritate my nasal openings, combined with the moisture from the humidifier. I am trying to find a more suitable mask that won't irritate my nostrils. I am thinking the N20 or N30 might be better. Have you received any other input similar to mine about the P10 prongs irritating the nostril openings?
I’m experiencing that now with the nasal pillows….so irritating!!
The P10 was the first one I tried. It worked great, but the longer I used it, the more painful it became every night. I have a deviated septum, and the right nostril pillow was pressing weirdly against it causing the pain and tenderness that would last all day. I switched to the N30, and within about two days, the soreness went away completely.
Which battery is that for the airsense 11???

Is the headgear from the p10 interchangeable with the n30? Are they the same?
They are not interchangeable
What’s the difference between the pink coloured one and the blue one is it just the sizes that are different colours ?
In general, a pink fitpack will come with smaller sizes. (Eg. a extra small, small and medium cushion.) The blue will come with small medium and large. However, there is no pink fitpack (For Her) for the N30 currently. The P10 would be the next most similar mask.
@@lc4845 You are correct! Thank you for pointing that out, I was thinking of the N20. I have updated my reply. Cheers!
Hello, I have a septum piercing ( not a full ring but horseshoe style ) I tried a p10 and my nose got quite sore whether the piercing was tucked back up or left out. Would this mask be a little more comfortable / have less pressure felt on the bottom of my nose but still maintain a good seal ??
Yes it technically would be more comfortable... but I'm not sure if this would be the best mask for you. The Phillips Dreamwear Cradle may be a better option, because the nasal opening is one big hole (where as this one is to smaller openings). Generally, people with your style piercing, opt for a full face, such as a F20 or Vitera mask. As always, consult your doctor to ensure safety while using CPAP therapy. Regards!
I love the mask but noticed mold forming on the material in the exhalation vents. I’m meticulous about cleaning. Anyone else notic that after a few weeks of using
Soak in white vinegar and water a few minutes and rinse well
I noticed it on mine as well. You can separate it as it is press fit. I used a butter knife. To my surprise there is 2 dime sized filters on either side. Manual doesn't show them. Decided not to replace them as they are definite bacteria traps.
when i attach the tube to the main tube, does it need to be the same size? i have the 22mm tube and the attachment tube seems to be smaller, do i need to be careful on how to adjust the settings for which tube?
Do you like this mask over the dreamwear cradle
In terms of Nasal fitment I like them the same. But I prefer hollow frame masks, so I would rather use the dreamwear.
@@thecpapstore Thanks for the reply, im 3 weeks in and can't seem to keep it on over 2 hours
