      This is not work bro. If you want fast growth, you need to work in denial on every approach and mastering just normal pull-ups with weight.
      And dont believe all, what this guy say. He do money, for this he need to do different content to be watched. But truth will always remain the truth: you dont need many variations of pull-ups for back growth, need to do 1 with weight and then you achieve all difficult exercise like muscle-ups and front lvl.

    • @MrPolska223
      @MrPolska223 4 роки тому +2

      Nixianer To be fair there isn’t much you can do, but from my experience being more explosive with pullups helps because it transfers into the muscle up - not necessary doing the muscle up. I usually practise my muscle ups at a outside park with bars. Try to find one somewhere near you - even a children’s playground can have these.

    • @nitaimatan2247
      @nitaimatan2247 4 роки тому

      @@nixianer7503 @Nixianer you can work of the foundation.
      grip strength, scapula pull ups, straight bar dips, bracialis, and doing as many reps as you can during the day.
      and when you have the motivation go to the park and train explosiveness and all the things low ceiling doesn't allow you to do

    CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE
    Even if you’re a creature of habit, repeating the same exercises over and over can become monotonous. To avoid boredom, try re-arranging their order or substituting alternatives-an incline bench press, for example, instead of a flat bench. By switching things up, you’ll keep both your body and mind invested in the activity. (And you can always return to your regular routine later.)

    This guy keeps inspiring me, everytime I think that I want that kind of body, it keeps me moving literally looking for anything I can do pull-ups specially because of this virus.

    Practice doesn't make perfect, only perfect practice make it perfect. The same words that told me (and that where said by a legendary violinist) my violin teacher. If we practice the wrong way, we are going to master the mistakes instead of doing it right.

    I used to do 15 pull ups max, but then I had no training for a month, did only 7 pull ups. But the thing is, I did a new record of muscle ups when I started to train again (7). In my opinion it's about the technique of how you pull yourself up.

    This applies to hand stands way more than anyone actually thinks.
    I spent about 6-8 months 5 days a week focusing my hand stand technique and hold and I wasnt progressing a single bit.
    I stopped it for over a month and one day I decided to get back into it and my progression was through the roof. I could hold it for longer than 5 seconds back then and I could walk 2 hand steps. RHAT WAS ALOT
    Then it instantly clicked that I shouldn’t focus on it 5 days a week, more like 1-2 times a week for no more than 15-20 minutes.
    2 years later I can planche, do hand stand push ups, hold it for more than 30 seconds and walk up over 50 metres.
    Some things require little attention, head up y’all. You’ll get there eventually and hopefully learn from it as fast as I did.

    Since I follow Chris Heria for 2 years. I able to drop weight from 93kg to 72kg. And able to do pull up from 0 reps to 12 reps straight. This is another level for me to train from 0 muscle up to 12 reps with this video. Thanks Bro. Peace
