Unless if those calories are absolute trash, then you will pay a different price. I would never sacrifice food quality to maintain a caloric deficit, ever. And nobody should.
@@botfantasies6229I think you’re missing the point. Obviously we need consistent good macros to maintain an authentic physique. However, there is nothing wrong with an occasional fun meal, especially when on traveling.
Hard to stay shredded if you’re eating junk for every meal and snack .Then you’ll be unhealthy and that will cause issues, issues that can cause you to not be able to work out anymore too. If you’re someone with a sugar addiction, eating anything but being in a calorie deficit won’t help you

Thank you once again for sharing your routines. Often it is complicated to combine physical discipline with work and travel especially when you are'nt a professional athlete like me. Your videos helped me to return to sport after several years of stopping due to health problems, without injuring myself. Much success and good luck for the future.

i notice that Chris is doing all these while still in caloric deficit. he is 5'11 and 170pounds. His BMR for daily is around 2600cal or 2700cal give or take. His average calories intake is around 1900calories. So he goes on a deficit of around 700calories deficit daily. Looks like the deficit part is super important here. Thanks.

Hi Chris! I enjoy this type of videos. I think that your body probably is in pump then you rec your seven days before; because shoulders, core and the chest were more pronunced than seven days later. But I like so much your diet with macros and i will follow your tips to improve my diet.

I can lift both legs of the ground but barely maybe a cm, I tried putting weights on to make it more challenging, but my legs ain't going higher, I still can't l sit on floor my arms for some reason are very short,can do it hanging,but haven't tried on paralettes,need to buy a pair

You can eat anything as long as you stay in a caloric deficit. Obviously it's a good idea to eat balanced meals. Great vid as usual!💪

it's all subjective lol, a good base would be 6-8 reps with 3 sets.
