      Bro i was same 1 month ago i started working out and watching calories every day already down 10kg . First 10kg is easy after that comes hard part.

    You can eat anything as long as you stay in a caloric deficit. Obviously it's a good idea to eat balanced meals. Great vid as usual!💪

      Unless if those calories are absolute trash, then you will pay a different price. I would never sacrifice food quality to maintain a caloric deficit, ever. And nobody should.

      @@botfantasies6229I think you’re missing the point. Obviously we need consistent good macros to maintain an authentic physique. However, there is nothing wrong with an occasional fun meal, especially when on traveling.

      Hard to stay shredded if you’re eating junk for every meal and snack .Then you’ll be unhealthy and that will cause issues, issues that can cause you to not be able to work out anymore too. If you’re someone with a sugar addiction, eating anything but being in a calorie deficit won’t help you

      @@chrisburton3571 I’m not arguing against fun meals. I’m arguing against garbage food to keep a calorie deficit. I will always take the calorie surplus if the alternative is a calorie deficit eating UHP’s (ultra-high processed) rich in glyphosate and other microbiome-destroying chemicals.

      This mf 5' 11 170? Strong af, shredded. He walked like 10k steps and ate 1800 cals. Wtf. He shouldve mantained his weight on 2800. His metabolism is shut. He could get away with so much more

    Somehow I missed this one! I love that you are showing people they can still have fun, go on adventure, be social, eat good food, etc. but also still be healthy. I think this SHOULD also click for people who are just living life and are afraid to take that first step to working out because they are scared it's gonna be salads and shakes all day everyday.

    Great video. I was so pleased to see you work out the averages at the end as my plan was to rewatch the video and do the maths myself! Amazing that you averaged under 2000 calories a day whilst travelling in Italy! Avoiding full pizza's is definitely a good tip!

    i notice that Chris is doing all these while still in caloric deficit.
    he is 5'11 and 170pounds. His BMR for daily is around 2600cal or 2700cal give or take.
    His average calories intake is around 1900calories. So he goes on a deficit of around 700calories deficit daily.
    Looks like the deficit part is super important here. Thanks.

    Hi Chris! I enjoy this type of videos. I think that your body probably is in pump then you rec your seven days before; because shoulders, core and the chest were more pronunced than seven days later. But I like so much your diet with macros and i will follow your tips to improve my diet.

    It looks like you do some sort of intermittent fasting. Is that right? Cause I am doing it, and I love it. I usually eat about 130-140g of protein, 120g of fat, and 100g of carbs per day, with a fast time around 18-20h

    Hi,Chris. I'm struggling with assisted l sit against the wall.
    I can lift both legs of the ground but barely maybe a cm, I tried putting weights on to make it more challenging, but my legs ain't going higher, I still can't l sit on floor my arms for some reason are very short,can do it hanging,but haven't tried on paralettes,need to buy a pair
