Me too! I'd love to see the interior. I usually see the more classic De Havilland Otters and Beavers from the inside. The Grand Caravan is almost new, I can imagine it is well equipped and ultra modern. The pontoons are so long compared to all the other seaplanes. The Grand Caravans don't come to Victoria, and I believe that's because they need a lot take off room than Victoria has to take off. Best....Corrie

Nice catch Corrie. You caught two arrivals in the shot together both in the air and on the water. A good landing comes from a good stable approach and the pilot of the Grand Caravan showed us how it should be done.
My heart starts beating a little faster when I know timing will be crucial. It's always exciting and nerve racking at the same time when 2 seaplanes are landing back to back. My mind sternly reminds me, stay focused, don't move too fast, get this right, you only have one shot at this. Then the same reminders go on rapid repeat, stay focused, don't move to fast........ Gavin, without a doubt, it was a busy morning. There aren't too many aircraft that fly passengers from Vancouver to Seattle. If I'm not mistaken, I believe that Harbour Air's other Grand Caravan C-FLHA, flys this route. Kenmore Air used to fly this route, but stopped after the pandemic. On occasion, a Kenmore Air charter will fly into Vancouver. All of the Kenmore Air seaplanes are registered in the U.S. Kenmore Air flys several flights from Seattle to Victoria and a few more to other Washington state locations.
