Let that guy rot in prison! He took the life of a person! Age changed him? Well did he let age change the person he killed?!? An eye for an eye!!!!!!!!!!
So it's not about whether the crime was serious or horrific enough to warrant remaining locked up for the rest of your life, it's about whether you pose a threat to society. Wow, America's justice system really is a disaster!
Wrong. It's a punishment for evil actions. Everybody is always a threat to society, inherently. however, innocent people aren't imprisoned for being a threat to society. let's assume you are correct (even though you're not), why wouldn't consider this assassin a threat to society? because he's old? old men are capable of evil too. I'm sure he's strong enough to pull a 3-9 pound trigger.
@Mimi Elliott- Sirhan never got within 10 feet of RFK before being tackled yet he miraculously was able to put the gun behind Bobby's ear and pull the trigger.
He gave up his right for life in society when he murdered a innocent man. He doesn't deserve freedom. He needs to stay in prison for life. A life sentence is a life sentence.
Absolutely true, and may be a strong motivator for releasing him. This is extremely common across the US for older prisoners, no matter what they did, the state doesn’t want to pay for the health care.
@@angelsamongus9528 As an elderly person (over 65), and out of prison, yes, the state will pay for most of his care, but it will be under the Medicare budget that each state gets from the Federal Government, a different pot of money from the prison budget (even if he’s in Federal Prison,) so it does matter to the people managing the prison system’s money. The government will pay, minimally, for medical care if he’s let out as a ‘free citizen’, but the motivation for prisons in most states to let out elderly prisonniers is that the health care costs don’t come out of the prison’s budget.
@@MrJuvefrank It doesn't matter what state because if you got in trouble before it was legal you still had to carry out your sentence unless you're pardoned which it doesn't happen a lot shrooms are legal in Colorado too by the way
There's no way to know if the death penalty is effective because it hasn't been applied consistently enough. If it were applied consistently, it would become a deterrent very quickly!

"In my first memories they killed Kennedy." (Axl Rose) I was in Mr. Barnett's first grade classroom when I heard the news. And years later God would take me on a journey, and I would learn what REALLY happened. I would learn why George H. W. Bush was standing on the stairs of the Texas School Book Depository as the shots rang out that day. And I learned that Roscoe White, a CIA agent acting as a Dallas policeman, did the head shot from behind a fence on the "grassy knoll." And concerning RFK... Anyone who has studied the RFK assassination in-depth knows that Sirhan poses no threat to anybody - so long as you keep CIA mind control agents away from him. Sirhan didn't get a single bullet into Kennedy in any case; the security guard who escorted him, named Thane Eugene Caesar, did the job - as RFK Jr. well knows. "Google" it. It's nice to know the truth behind so many deceptions. But the greatest deception is called "satan." And being able to see through THAT deception allows one to know The Meaning of Life...just a "click" away...
Senator Robert Kennedy's assassin, Sirhan Sirhan, has been pardoned by the California Parole Board and released from prison. The Parole Board indicated that the whole thing happened a really long time ago and that Sirhan Sirhan is a minority and some of his difficult upbringing may not have been presented during the Penalty phase of the trial. His apology letter, which read "I'm sorry. It happened a really long time ago, I'm really really sorry," was well received. The apology letter will be given to the National Archives and displayed near the other JFK/RFK/Chappaquiddick Memorabilia in the Smithsonian Institution. Sirhan is planning to be available for Autograph's on most weekends.

I am suffering again as if it was June 6 1968 all over again. ....... Sirhan Sirhan being paroled is a knife in my heart !
Just don't give any weapons to Israel, and there's no reason for Sirhan Sirhan to go looking for you and start shooting.
Hahaahahah oh no im sorry Karen your worlds gonna end
You need to get out more
Do the research Robert Jr. Is the force to get Sirhan out of jail as he did not fire the shot that killed his father
You are clueless
He stoled from America a great leader and from a family a father, an uncle and a grandfather. He does not deserve to be paroled. Leave it to California to even consider it. That state is so I can not even find words to describe it. So sad.
How can he not remember? I call BS. Bobby Kennedy can never walk free again, why should he?
I don't care what age they are, it sickens me to see that monster smile.
What kind of monster is he? Frankenstein? Dracula? Jabba the Hut?

53 yrs is not life foff
Life in prison should mean life in prison.
A life sentence is 25 years. That is about what any one person murdering another gets. My uncle's murderer got 20 years.
He was given a death sentence originally. The sentence was already reduced to life when the state stopped executing prisoners.
This man killed a future president. We can only imagine how different the world would be had a he not pulled that trigger.
Him STILL being alive after all these years let you know this was an inside job
Wasn't no dam inside job.
MLK and Malcolm X was inside job.
He's lucky he wasn't given the death penalty.
wheres the eye witnesses? all dead? and why would a death sentence not convert to life with out the possibility of parole?
How in God's name can they consider releasing this man?
Because the majority of the people in power right now don't believe in God or his moral law for us.
He is innocent.
California
Because California.
@Jimolee's YT yes because he was under the influence.
Considering letting ANY MONSTER go who murdered a generation's Hopes and Dreams...is outrageous
Don't fall for FBI psyops.

Let's thank GASCON Los Angeles District Attorney for upporting the release of criminals. 😭👎
I'm 67. I remember every moment of meeting my true love, the birth of my children, the loss of my loved ones, and so much more. "I don't remember killing a man but I guess I did.". Really?
I was 7 years old, school had just let out for the summer. When my mom told me Kennedy had been shot and killed I went into my room sat down on my bed and cried. At some point we all need compassion and forgiveness!
@Dodger Blue I'm guessing you're a Christian. I'm so sick of right-wingers hatred for everything and everyone.
What are you suggesting
He didn’t get it.
I liked Robert Kennedy back than.I thought he would of been U.S. president.
Someone else of an organization we all know of would’ve killed him as president if this guy didn’t do him then.
Now we know for sure we have lost our minds. Sad, never should he be free.
If your last name is Marino, then that proves that you're related to one of the best football players in this country.
Let that guy rot in prison!
He took the life of a person!
Age changed him?
Well did he let age change the person he killed?!?
An eye for an eye!!!!!!!!!!
A life sentence should equal a life sentence. Enough said
Laws are changed. Enough said.
Sirhan sirhan might want to think twice about getting out of his protective custody.
Life in prison is for life
Period
I agree.
Get out of prison to do what? Get a job? Fun.
No he's going to live on our tax dollars that's one of the reasons he needs to serve his time and rot in prison.
Rest in hell Sirhan Siran
So it's not about whether the crime was serious or horrific enough to warrant remaining locked up for the rest of your life, it's about whether you pose a threat to society. Wow, America's justice system really is a disaster!
Wrong. It's a punishment for evil actions. Everybody is always a threat to society, inherently. however, innocent people aren't imprisoned for being a threat to society. let's assume you are correct (even though you're not), why wouldn't consider this assassin a threat to society? because he's old? old men are capable of evil too. I'm sure he's strong enough to pull a 3-9 pound trigger.
Heck NO!
We lost a great man who would have been a great President & he would have saved thousands of lives by getting us out of VietNam rapidly.
This guy should NEVER step out of prison. NEVER.
Yes he should.
After 53 years of incarceration what kind of life could he possibly have. Prison life is all he knows.
If you believe this dude shot that dude y’all crazy
For a Grand Finale ... get paroled take Gavin Newsom out !!
NO
Even the secret service didn’t believe he fired the fatal shot…
@Mimi Elliott- Sirhan never got within 10 feet of RFK before being tackled yet he miraculously was able to put
the gun behind Bobby's ear and pull the trigger.
No
Noooooooooooo Noooooooooo!!!!.
He gave up his right for life in society when he murdered a innocent man. He doesn't deserve freedom. He needs to stay in prison for life. A life sentence is a life sentence.
The prison system doesnt want to pay for his old age care
Absolutely true, and may be a strong motivator for releasing him. This is extremely common across the US for older prisoners, no matter what they did, the state doesn’t want to pay for the health care.
@@mollymollie6048 If he has health issues ( which with his age he probably does) the state will end up paying for his care anyways.
And what about all the people no matter what color they are no matter what race for selling a $10 bag of weed and getting life what about them
They ought to send them to Colorado; weed is perfectly legal over there.
@@MrJuvefrank It doesn't matter what state because if you got in trouble before it was legal you still had to carry out your sentence unless you're pardoned which it doesn't happen a lot shrooms are legal in Colorado too by the way
This is one of the reasons why there will always be a clamor/support for death penalty despite its ineffectiveness.
There's no way to know if the death penalty is effective because it hasn't been applied consistently enough. If it were applied consistently, it would become a deterrent very quickly!
Punishment serves at least three purposes: justice, preventing further offenses by that person, and deterring others. The death penalty is 100% effective at the first two goals.
Kills an ex AG and he gets Leniency leave it to California to come up with this…
Sirhan never got within 10 feet of RFK before being tackled yet he miraculously placed the gun behind Kennedy's ear and
pulled the trigger. He must have had the same firearms instructor as LHO.
No one who kills another human being should never be allowed back in society. After all these yrs in prison what can that murderer do out here now?
I agree Ashli Babbitt's murderer should get the chair.
I doubt he will be happy or last that long on the street. Ambassador Hotel Rosie Greer yes I do recall.
JFK MLK are etched in my mind also.
I was 15 when JFK got it in Dallas.
America taking in Islamic refugee just in time to release the monster that assassinated RFK. How convenient. Age is a consideration?? RFK didn't get a chance to age...
"In my first memories they killed Kennedy." (Axl Rose)
I was in Mr. Barnett's first grade classroom when I heard the news. And years later God would take me on a journey, and I would learn what REALLY happened. I would learn why George H. W. Bush was standing on the stairs of the Texas School Book Depository as the shots rang out that day. And I learned that Roscoe White, a CIA agent acting as a Dallas policeman, did the head shot from behind a fence on the "grassy knoll."
And concerning RFK...
Neat. But my question is who really killed RFK and his brother?
I am wondering this same question, as well.
JFK and RFK - Mafia
Probably cia or the federal reserve
keep him locked up forever
The fact that RFKs own son doesn't believe he was the shooter, and the union rep that was also shot says it was impossible, clearly smells of conspiracy. There's more to this story that isn't being told.
