I have been watching you go down the Bee Gees rabbit since this video. I have to say I've watched your reaction on this several times. Lol. That look on your face of astonishment and being speechless gets me everytime. Plus your explaining the auto tune. Most folks don't understand that today. If they did they would all be surprised at the talent esp of the Bee Gees. Keep up the good work. I subbed weeks ago!! 😊
I don't know if you were aware but Barry sang two duets with Barbara Streisand plus he and his two brothers sang background on another one of her songs that Barry and Maurice (pronounced 'Morris') wrote for her.
I also went to Andy Gibb concert when I was 12. I'm 55 now I love the Bee gees my all time favorites. Andy was right up there with all his brothers his voice was beautiful. I listen to their music everyday and I still feel happy and sad when I listen. What a powerful group they will live on forever and ever
Probably the best band ever. They have been in my life since I was a teenager I’m 72 now , still not heard all of there songs Bee Gees are the sound track of my life
How many times have I listened to this masterpiece? Oftentimes, I'm reticent to play it again because I'm afraid I'll eventually get bored with it. But that NEVER, EVER HAPPENS!!! How is this possible? Each time I hear it, there is something new. Truly a gift to all of humankind.

I wish that Maurice and Robin were alive to see the love younger generations have for their music. They were outcast after the disco era despite their massive success and enormous and diverse talent. They are in the top few groups ever.
Let's all pray for the total recovery of Barry to good health,so that he can still see how people appreciate their music,I always pray for him... They're the best esp.Robin.
I have loved The Bee Gees for lots and lots of years! I was able to see them in the late 70’s. Your reaction is priceless. You have gone down a GREAT rabbit hole.
Welcome to my world, son. My husband and I made 2 babies off of this song. I'm 72 now and my children are 50. Beautiful music back then. I don't know what you young folk are listening to today. Too Much Heaven is extrodinarily beautiful.❤
There were so many great artists in the 70's that I paid little attention to these guys. As I listen again, years later, I appreciate how terrific they were. I was born in 1953 and I think I grew up with the best music of all time. I have an mp3 player with over 6000 songs on it-- mostly oldies-- that's on random play all day long. I never get tired of these old songs.
The Bee Gees were MY generation. They were incredibly talented and wrote a TON of music, much for other performers, and of course, the soundtrack for Saturday Night Fever. You can understand why my generation shake our heads at what passes for "music" today. They were the soundtrack for our generation.
I agree with you, Sophia. Well said. Their music lifts the heart and feeds the soul. Nothing even close to that these days. Any wonder why more and people are discovering the Bee Gees everyday? We need them now more than ever.

The 3 Brothers started singing together as very young children. They are musical geniuses and fantastic songwriters. In one evening they wrote 3 songs that went on to hit number 1 on the charts, in ONE night! AMAZING.
I think the BeeGees sang circles around the Beetles, that's what I think. Phenomenal trio. They had a little brother, Andy, who also sang but no one beats Barry and Maurice and Robin. Amazing.

The Bee Gee’s have perfect pitch and their synced harmonies are off the chart - all three had their own unique voice but Too Much Heaven is the apex of their vocal quality - every time I listen to this song I smile because it makes me feel good and I’m listening to God given greatness - Amen
People say their showcase song was ‘How deep is your love’. But this one in my opinion is the one song that encapsulates their harmonies and Barry’s falsetto.
13:28 my all time favorite group and song. When they sing they touch your soul and bring up emotions you didn’t know a song could elicit. I have listened to The Bee Gees since they started their careers. I will listen to them long after I am gone. I am positive they will be singing in Heaven!!!

I think with this song you fell for the BEEGEES as so many of us did. Thank you Chad. Your reaction was soooo good ❤❤
I met and hugged Barry Gibb in 2014. He is the nicest, most humble man you could ever want to meet. He is very sincere and appreciates the fans so much! Barry is a very genuine, sensitive, and good person. I am so fortunate to have lived in the time of the Bee Gees and enjoyed them for 5 decades! I was at their iconic 1979 Oakland CA concert third row center between Robin and Barry. That was heaven! I saw the Bee Gees once more in 1989. Then I saw Barry's solo concert in Concord CA 2014. I have had the priviledge of seeing many top notch music artists and groups. The Bee Gees were on a whole other level of excellence!!! I have all their albums as a group and Barry's 3 solo albums, plus the albums he produced for other artists. No I am not rich. I earned the money to pay for all of their albums and the concerts I was able to attend! I loved alot of artists, but the Bee Gees, were special. I was devastated by Andy's death, then Maurice's sudden death, and then Robin's death from cancer! The Gibbs have influenced my life in a very positive way!!!
I wish I could give that amazing man a hug , all his families as well & Im 80. There will never be music like theirs again, they will live on forever. X
Oh my gosh; I lived in Concord, CA and went to that concert as well! I went to Ygnacio Valley High School. I also had all their albums, and one signed by Barry Gibbs. I was devastated when all my albums were stolen when someone robbed our house in in the 80’s.
@@yvette9181 not exactly. They are featured on the tribute album Tapestry Revisited (1995) covering Carole King's song, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow? (the perfect BeeGees song! lol) But I know you mean that they never covered a song with the intention of creating a pop music hit for themselves.
I love it when Robin starts grinning about half way through. It’s like he’s saying, “get ready, here it comes.” And when Barry sings those high notes, you can almost see him go higher and higher on his toes. Then he backs up to catch his breath and the twins fill in. So awesome to see how comfortable they are singing in front of the orchestra!
One of the most frustrating pieces of video footage in history - just when Robin makes the most gorgeous smile, you can't get a screen grab because the stupid microphone stand gets in the way.
I appreciate the words you say about the Bee Gees. I have followed them all my life and the changes they went through all the decade changes. They were the BEST in my book. Thanks for the honest reactions.
All the royalties of this song go to Unicef. This song has earned until 2020, 17 million US dollars. This is what the Bee Gees are all about. Pure Talent and three beautiful souls. Take it from someone that know quite a bit of the Bee Gees 🦸♂️
Growing up as a youth in the 70's- 80's, I & my sister along with our friends, are addicted to the BeeGees music.. So with our parents, although we only here them through transistor radios before and cassette tapes..
Just watched the video, brought back a few memories, grew up with Bee Gees, had this track on at my 18th party 1978 plus the record breaking soundtrack from Saturday Night Fever, shame just Barry left now, best wishes from UK, SJ.
The Brother Gibb are Legendary. Their music and those glorious falsetto harmonies defined an Era! ICONS! ❤❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👏👏👏👏👏 No gimmicks or auto tune! Just microphone and incredible talent!😊😊😊😊
This song has to be the pinnacle of Bee Gees harmony. Listen to Barry hit those high notes! And look at Robin - standing there with hands on his hips like, ehh, no big deal, I'm just singing. Mo and Robin singing spectacular harmony when Barry steps back. This performance is beyond a masterpiece - more like a glimpse of Heaven. And what big hearts these men had - all proceeds from this song went to UNICEF. Another fan described them as "three angels singing" - that sounds right to me.
This was a new sound for them. The falsetto voices. Their timing was perfect. Only Barry is alive now. Truly some of the best music the 70s ever produced.
I have listened to them from the time I was little 1973 and they were the best then and they are still the best even now and yes I do miss Maurice and Robin and Andy I pray for Barry and I am very proud of him his strength is amazing to keep going forward after losing his brothers is so hard but amazing at the same time they will never be forgotten
Unparalleled talent...vocals, harmony, songwriting, melodies, looks, and charm. God given talent which they perfected and shared with the world. LOVE them!!!
was a teenager when I first heard the Bee Gees "Nights on Broadway" - phenomal song! They had one great song after another but this one, Too much Heaven, topped all their previous songs, I think. Their harmony, perfect pitch and timing --- unforgettable.
They will never be another Bee Gees. These guys were genius. And again today, Barry Gibb is showing is pure talent. I get emotional when I see all three of them. I was fortunate to see them in Montreal in 1989. Still today, it was the best concert that I have seen in my life. thank you very much for keeping the Bee Gees alive. God bless you.
You just can't top The Bee Gees, their harmony is way over the top. All of their songs are so wonderful to just sit and listen to. I was so fortunate to grow up listening to their music. They sure don't make them like this anymore. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Chad you just heard the best voices in music thanks for your reactions to my favorite group ever just listen to the rest of their songs they were icons in singing and writing songs best ever
" I don't have the words to express what I just listened to." That is probably the best comment I have heard. So much of their music is so captivating that you don't know what to say. Words just don't seem descriptive enough. Just like you did at the end of this particular song, you just sit there with your mouth open and go wow!
This group is extasy. I see one person in three. It's the pur expresion of love. The perfection in the harmony, the music, the voices anf the vibration of love.
They are LEGENDS!!! Their 3 part harmony is outstanding!!! They each are incredibly talented both as singers and songwriters!! Barry is so great singing in his natural voice or in falsetto. Mo has a beautiful voice whether he is singing lead or harmonizing. And Robin is absolutely awesome as lead or harmonizing!! When he lets go on the vocals………WOW!!!! And yes, Chad, there are so many younger people listening to The Bee Gees and loving their music now!! They’re just amazing!!! Their music will be listened to and loved forever!!! ❤️❤️❤️ 🌟🌟🌟 🎵🎼🎶
I am a senior Aussie who has been in bands since 1958 and am very much enjoying reaction videos of the best popular music era the world has seen. I grew up with the British Invasion, but also the best of American classic rock of the 60s and 70s as well. The one thing that bugs me a little is when a reactor plays a tune by an unfamiliar artist, they often have no idea where that artist came from, or any other information that the viewer would find interesting. Surely it doesn't take long to Google the artist and song so the reactor can speak with some knowledge about them. For instance, that the BeeGees migrated to Australia when they were very young and had several local hits before heading back to The U.K. In fact, Barry still regards Australia as home.
You didn't grow up at the wrong time, but at the right time - to help the young ones today discover - and learn to appreciate REAL music, REAL talent, REAL singing.... !! You've probably appreciated them more today than many of us did back then in the 70's. So don't worry!!!
I grew up listening to the Bee Gees, & you have no idea how happy it makes me, to see the younger generation discover the music we fell in love with !!! Barry Gibb, in my opinion, has the best falsetto voice ever, & what makes it so incredible, is that in his falsetto, he also used his vibrato, which is very rare! Thank you so much for this, they were brothers, & Barry is the last one, but please review more of their music, you will not be disappointed, & they span over years, & crossed many genres 😍 I also believe, that if there is music in Heaven, it would sound like the Bee Gee's ❤️❤️❤️
Oh YES!! GOD BLEST THEM WITH TRUE ANGEL VOICES!! I just pray that I will one day be able to sing with them all in heaven...(and sound just as good🙏🙏🙏) Or half as good...😊
See how the dynamics change at 7.08! The brothers know they have completely nailed the song. They seem to completely relax after that point. They start smiling, and the energy changes. It's breathtakingly brilliant 👏
Love your comments. I grew up with them and can still listen to this forever. It’s heaven. Actually so sad Barry is the only one still alive. I love how they still bring people in shock with their voices.
I'm 69 and have ALLWAYS loved the Bee Gees. A lot of people think they only sang disco music, but even though that's great too they have been singing together since Barry was around 9 or 10 and Robin and Maurice were 6 in 1958. But didn't become popular until the early 60's. I have yet to hear a bad Bee Gees song. And sadly they won't be around much longer since Robin and Mourice has passed away. LOVE them.
I've seen a lot of interviews with very Barry Gibb lately all he wants is his music to live on. Not so much the name the Bee gees, but the music. This makes me happy that other generations are listening
I was so lucky to have grown up in the sixties and seventies and to be able to listen to this group in real time. I even went to one of their concerts. I hate to say this as it might sound corny but my disco era started because of them. I went to the disco every weekend after Saturday Night Fever. I can't stop listening to these guys til this day
They were simply the best. Not only were they amazing singers, but also wrote all of their own songs and many for other artists. They wrote so many great timeless songs.

All the royalties of this song go to Unicef. This song has earned until 2020, 17 million US dollars. This is what the Bee Gees are all about. Pure Talent and three beautiful souls. Take it from someone that know quite a bit of the Bee Gees 🦸♂️
And this song is on the guiness world record for that. The highest earned song in the world to date if I'm not mistaken of the criteria.
I have loved the Bee Gees for a long time. Their voices, harmony and songwriting ability is off the charts
I can't get enough. Love watching all the reactions from the younger generation.
The BEE GEES
Masters of three part harmony!!!
I am so glad I grew up when this kind of music filled the airwaves.
Growing up as a youth in the 70's- 80's, I & my sister along with our friends, are addicted to the BeeGees music.. So with our parents, although we only here them through transistor radios before and cassette tapes..
They donated all the proceeds of this track to UNICEF
I love The Bee Gees.. No one like them.. Growing up listening to The Bee Gees was a Blessing.. Thank you Barry, Robin, Maurice for your music…❤️❤️❤️
Just watched the video, brought back a few memories, grew up with Bee Gees, had this track on at my 18th party 1978 plus the record breaking soundtrack from Saturday Night Fever, shame just Barry left now, best wishes from UK, SJ.
all proceeds from this song donated to UNICEF
Almost 3 years on this Bee Gees deep dive; hasn't it been awesome?!? ❤
The Brother Gibb are Legendary. Their music and those glorious falsetto harmonies defined an Era! ICONS! ❤❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👏👏👏👏👏
No gimmicks or auto tune! Just microphone and incredible talent!😊😊😊😊
One of the most perfect songs of all time! Bee Gees will ALWAYS rock your world!
You're definitely right, they're out of this world...No band group can ever come near nxt their status!
They are the best there will never be another group like them
I have listened to them from the time I was little 1973 and they were the best then and they are still the best even now and yes I do miss Maurice and Robin and Andy I pray for Barry and I am very proud of him his strength is amazing to keep going forward after losing his brothers is so hard but amazing at the same time they will never be forgotten
Hi!! My name is REAL MUSIC!! Nice to meet you
Unparalleled talent...vocals, harmony, songwriting, melodies, looks, and charm. God given talent which they perfected and shared with the world. LOVE them!!!
The Bee Gees are and have always been one of my favorites. Every single song is mind blowing
I've been a BeeGee's fan for 40 years! Their music will never grow old I'm my book!!
They were “other worldly” and when they harmonized touched by angels.
They sing the way a woman wants her man to feel about and treat her. It's beautiful.
Pure RAW talent! I miss my teen years, this kind of Music. We knew at the time it was great!!! Honorable mention Andy Gib...4 th Brother!
was a teenager when I first heard the Bee Gees "Nights on Broadway" - phenomal song!
Awesome, Awesome,Awesome! I have been listening to the BeeGees since the 60’s. I am now 83. Listen to them every night before I go to sleep. Awesome!
You just can't top The Bee Gees, their harmony is way over the top. All of their songs are so wonderful to just sit and listen to. I was so fortunate to grow up listening to their music. They sure don't make them like this anymore. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Oh my goodness! I have a whole new appreciation for this song. Love the reaction video too.. yes those people had talent!
Chad you just heard the best voices in music thanks for your reactions to my favorite group ever just listen to the rest of their songs they were icons in singing and writing songs best ever
It's OK to cry. It's that type of song!❤
I listen to this song every night, EVERY NIGHT, ITS SO BEAUTIFUL
THIS MUSIC KEPT ME FROM ENDING MY LIFE YEARS AGO THE BEE GEES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ONE OF MY FAVORITE
" I don't have the words to express what I just listened to."
That is probably the best comment I have heard. So much of their music is so captivating that you don't know what to say. Words just don't seem descriptive enough. Just like you did at the end of this particular song, you just sit there with your mouth open and go wow!
Gifted is the word you're looking for. Music is indeed a balm for the soul and so needed today. It is definitely healing.
I love their music. This is a masterpiece!!!
Best harmony EVER!! BeeGees rock!
I'm 72, and I have always loved them and The Eagles.
Their music is like a delicious full course meal for my ears 👏👏👏👌👍👍
They were the kings of falsetto. They did this in one take with one microphone. All proceeds of the song went to charity.
At one time they had 5 songs in the top ten.
UNICEF is still making money from it. 20 million+
You didn't grow up at the wrong time, but at the right time - to help the young ones today discover - and learn to appreciate REAL music, REAL talent, REAL singing.... !!
You've probably appreciated them more today than many of us did back then in the 70's.
So don't worry!!!
Love The Bee Gees music!! They wrote, produced and sang all their OWN music..
Thank you so much for this, they were brothers, & Barry is the last one, but please review more of their music, you will not be disappointed, & they span over years, & crossed many genres 😍 I also believe, that if there is music in Heaven, it would sound like the Bee Gee's ❤️❤️❤️
im pretty sure when you get to the pearly gates and press the bell this track will play
Oh YES!! GOD BLEST THEM WITH TRUE ANGEL VOICES!!
I just pray that I will one day be able to sing with them all in heaven...(and sound just as good🙏🙏🙏) Or half as good...😊
@@kristinakorpi6979 You & Me both 😊
Barry is the one in the middle and the eldest of them.
I'm a child of the 60s and 70s we had the best music and cars + babes
See how the dynamics change at 7.08!
The brothers know they have completely nailed the song. They seem to completely relax after that point. They start smiling, and the energy changes. It's breathtakingly brilliant 👏
Just WOW Mr Barry Gibb. Just YOU.
He really ENJOYED singing his Heart ❤ out. BRILLIANT ❤❤❤🔝🔝🔝
Oh the brilliant brothers Gibb, I don't think we will see their like again
I think Barry is going to get his wish. The Bee Gees are finally appreciated for the excellent talent they possessed individually and as a group.
They certainly deserve every accolade there is for their incredible music. They were unfairly stigmatized for years and shunned by US radio stations.
wish that Barry would re-release this as a single in 2021.
@@sampono1962Check out Greenfields, Barry’s newest album. He sings this song with Allison Krause. Beautiful. It’s on UA-cam .
I guess this was your first Beegee reaction. They're always better when harmonizing together. Beautiful song.
The best harmony singers in History. As a matter of fact maybe the best singers ever. I loved through them and the Disco era. ❤️
IT APPEARS THAT GOD LITERALLY REACHED DOWN AND BLESS THIS FAMILY WITH ULTRA TALENT...GIVING US A GLIMPSE OF WHAT MUSIC IS IN HEAVEN.
Besides their wonderful vocals, I love the lyrics. It is truly an amazing love song. Yes, I could listen to this song all day long.
