No woman has a chance when Barry Gibb's starts singing !!!
Barry had to be slaying all the puss back in the day
Barry is white chocolate.
All day long!!😋!@@philwill0123
It’s not his singing that makes it so women don’t have a chance. It’s that he’s the most handsome man who has ever lived, he’s irresistibly charming, and so darn sexy.
Omg I love this man! (Barry)
They truly sing like angels . And when I was a kid I remember thinking Barry looks like Jesus.
Me too ! I thought if Jesus came back this is what he would look and sound like lol ❤️❤️❤️❤️
When my mom was in her final days, unconscious in the hospital, and I was at her side, waiting for her to pass, I was trying to sign her favorite songs to her. All I could think of was old BeeGees. At some point, I realized that I should probably shut up and play them on my phone! 😂 Their voices are definitely heavenly.
Was Jesus a white dude?
OMG, you are right!! 😀
You’re right. They have such beautiful voices.
Talented, and very generous. Every nickel of the royalties they made from writing this has been paid to UNICEF since 1979.
WOWWW I CAN SEE IN YOUR FACE YOU NEVER HEARD SINGER LIKE THIS CALIBER BEFORE LIKE THE BEE GEES THEY TAKE YOU DEEP WATER
My late husband loved this song. He was a big rough tough fisherman, but loved a good soppy love song 😂😻
Sorry for your loss. Yeah, I'm a rough tough fisherman and love my metal music but also love me some BGs, Barry Manilow, Carly Simon, etc.
Helen Christie ...lol yes it’s not easy for some of us macho you might say kinda guy’s to own up to liking these guy’s during the “ disco faze “
I'm a big guy here and I love beegees.
After beatles, rolling stones I have the beegees.
My respects. I like this song too and I was a commercial fisherman for many years.
No doubt! I'm life long blue collar and my playlist goes from Slipknot to Paul Simon. Great is great! Screw genres!
Barry 😍
Bee Gees wrote all their own songs and MANY hits for other artists! But the thing I love the most about them is that they were able to express love without nasty and oversexualized, and misogynistic lyrics! AND Barry has been married to his wife Linda for 50 yrs in September! Listen to his HUGE hit "Words", it will AMAZE you! And YES, Barry is very easy on the eyes! lol!
The Bee Gees DONATED this song to UNICEF and so far has made over 7mil for the charity!
I would say that almost all songs before about 1985 were able to express love without the nastiness and oversexualisation. It's in the past 30 years or so that vomiting out gross songs (with little musical talent) seems so common. Mind you, the era of wonderful songs might have fooled many a girl into thinking that love would consist of a heavenly relationship, and then found out the harsh reality, maybe too late.
As a huge Beatles fan and longtime collector of their group and solo efforts, I found it interesting when Bono of U2 said he would include the Bee Gees in that rarified atmosphere with The Beatles. I can't say that I disagree. As singers and songwriters, they were incredibly talented.
And don't forget: they've already been in the "business" for 20 years at this point
@@xyzdgthereal And their mid 1970's sound was completely different than their 1960's to early 1970's sound. Then add all the great songs they wrote for others such as Yvonne Elliman (If I Can't Have You), Barbara Streisand (Guilty, A Woman in Love), Dolly Parton with Kenny Rogers (Islands in the Stream) and Dionne Warwick (Heartbreaker).
@Enemy Visitor Most of the time that seems to be correct. I really hadn't thought about it so I had to think for awhile to come up with a few. Roy Orbison wasn't exactly Elvis or Rick Nelson and he was a tremendous songwriter with one of the best rock and roll voices of all time. Sammy Cahn wrote some fantastic songs in his time as did Irving Berlin. Both were extremely talented but not exactly matinee idols. I think there's a tendency just to think of performers when thinking of songwriters, and naturally to go out there on stage, you have to be very presentable looking. That's why The Beatles were such a powerful force. They were excellent musicians, great songwriters, terrific singers (even Ringo carried a tune), had great personalities and were good looking young men.
It's Bee Gees like Jesus. I love your reaction! I still feel the same when I hear there music. That's over 40 years.
This man Sir Barry has been married for 50 years has 6 children and is very happy. He knows what love is.
54 years. 5 children.
It is so weird to realize that there are generations that never heard of the Bee Gees. I think we would have a different world if the music from the 60's to 90's would be revived.
RELEASED IN 1979 ,,
Two words: So Very True ! Make that three words... Yes I believe the world would change for the better, with more beautiful songs like this, pulling at people's hearts, more neighborly love and appreciation for each other in this "crazy ole world" we All have to share together... Take care everyone, we can do it...
AMEN!!
Yup But this was 1978
@@theodoreritola7641 there are 2 generations living today that were only a twinkle in their Daddys' eye in 1978.
40+ years later and they still make pretty young girls hearts melt... legends!
India is wonderfull and sweet and the way the music touches her is stunning and beautiful❤❤❤💓💕💓
Ty so true❤️
Yessss.
THE B ,Gs is a easy way to to say there name
INDIA YOUR SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN..YOUR MAN MUST BE VERY PROUD...
Barry (singer) is the last Bee Gee left. There was another brother, Andy Gibb, the youngest brother, who went the solo route, I think he passed way back in 1988.
Baby girl your reaction is precious! Ahh! Yeah, the Bee Gees! Their voices were so soothing and their lyrics were beautiful. This song is over 40 years old and still gives me chills!
BEAUTIFUL RAW REAL TALENT UNFILTERED
"How deep is your love" will highlight Barry's, lead singer's non-falsetto. The entire Staying Alive album should put a smile on your face.
I loooove How Deep Is Your Love! I hope she does that one!
They also have a song called "Don't Forget To Remember Me", which also has Barry singing non-falsetto.
Also Spirits Having Flown. Sold more copies than Saturday Night Fever
Saturday Night Fever album and movie!
Agree, great Album 🇬🇧👍
I thought India was going to leave her body during this one.
Sine Nomine
Lol! xD
LOL
Ha Ha - spot on!
I wish I could give her that reaction 🤭
😂🤣😂🤣
The general public didn't realize how incredibly talented the Bee Gee's were because much of the industry downplayed disco music for many decades. Now, what do you think about them? I grew up in 70's loving the Bee Gee's because I grew up in a family of musicians and singers knowing just how difficult it is to sing at this level. Their harmonies are incredible, and I have yet, to hear anyone or group with their level of ability. Sadly, Barry is the only Bee Gee to still be alive. I play their music almost daily. They are incredible.
I used to fault her in my head when she mispronounces a name, BUT hear me out. This is what makes her authentic with a true reaction. She has never listened to a radio station with a DeeJay pronouncing the artist's name. While it may be frustrating, remember she doesn't have decades of experience and memories the vast majority of the commenting subscribers. Just be accepting. Most of us heard these songs when they were in the top 40.
Continue to be yourself, and just keep going.
Well said. ✌
India is just authentic as they come.
I love it when she mispronounces things, which is not often, but always makes me smile. Yeah I feel old cuz I know how to pronounce these name y'all ! Yikes! Where did the time go I'm 50 now? LOL
I thought it was endearing as hell... I mean... I still haven’t worked up the nerve to try and say XXXTentacion out loud... we’re all new the first time.
Yes! I love India!
I second that just be yourself. You're definitely friend Material Girl
Them BeeGee's got India to swoon 'once again' & i highly doubt it'll be the last time.Another great reaction from India.
Nick thank you !! 🥰🥰🥰
@@OhMyGoshIndia Wish you would listen to a newer song, with Maurice singing lead! He has a sexiness about him as he got older...Maybe one of these songs,
"Man in the Middle"
"Closer than Close"
Women's ovaries simultaneously explode at Barry's first high note😂
YES. YES THEY DO. ❤
@@Cheryl-P Lolol
If you aren't in LOVE after listening to this, you're either deaf or already dead. Seriously...
Oh, and for your info, most girls need a shower and a nap after the song is over...just saying. Boys bring some serious HEAT😉☺
Well, I don't know about exploded ovaries but at least there are some wet undergarments...
👍😂💞
They say the best harmonies are with siblings and The Bee Gees are proof. 🎧🎶. btw it’s BG’s. Brothers Gibb
cbonklisse Yes absolutely. 🎧🎶
Right on, you are, and with Robin and Maurice being twins.......well...vocal match.....almost perfect sounds comin out of those guys..........
SAME WITH THE carpenters (the one and only karen carpenter)...
@@tomschmitz5745 Right, and brother Richard was the musical smart one behind it all....he was about the first, if not the first musical arranger to use over dubbing in singing, and he used their own voices again and again, over their own.......cant find anyone that did this before them?.....and this same effect made many groups songs huge hits, look at Queen...Bohemian Rapsody.........the first version was a bomb....record studio almost cancelled them over it.....then they changed the tempo and did the overdubbing.....
THAT IS VERY TURE MY BROTHER RICK TASSONE
I love the way women STILL react the way they do over these three brothers 50 years later! Congratulations ..........you have been Bee Geed! :)
It was all Barry back then. As it should be.
The best reaction ever. Thank you India Reacts, thank you Bee Gees.
Yap, she's got Barry fever. Sit back honey and enjoy the view. He's been listed as one of the hunks of Rock n Roll.
And Barry has done some beautiful duets
He’s famously handsome.
They should get much more respect in the music world.
say it again...the most underrated band in history
@@rdm552 underrated no they are famous throughout the world with hit record after hit ,who underrates them
@@bogratful respectfully Trevor...whenever the greatest bands are discussed, they do not come up easily, you have to pull teeth for people to remember, this may be a fact of not enough respect or simple negligence
I agree
Well I don't know they won just about everything
I'm just happy that people like India young people like her can actually appreciate Old school good music And it doesn't matter which Genre, Instead of the no feeling the same crapp being played over and over and over again today
Lavell Hall I just turned 23 and when I was about 5 or 6 I asked to a Bee Gees album for my birthday as they were my favourite band, I still consider them one of my favourites.
😁 you have a serious crush on Barry....back then we ALL did!!!😁❤❤
I never get tired to watch all those women be overwhelmed by "The Barry-effect" !!!! Fantastic!!!!
Barry Gibb has me crushing hard.
I said the same thing. There are a bunch of reaction videos on UA-cam by black girls to this song and they all have exactly the same expression when Barry sings solo and hits those high notes. It looks like it literally takes their breath away. Awesome to see. Oh, and love is such a beautiful thing.
Lol
@@goingstealth6372 I need to see an interview in which Barry Gibb is told about the videos these young women young enough to be his daughter reacting to his looks and voice. We need to see his reaction. Pretty sure Barry would be flattered.
@@bohwe43 That would be gorgeous.
I love her, she makes me smile
pthithic I love you ! Thank you 🥰
I loved the 70s .. considering myself fortunate to be alive back then.
You know it.
Exactly
Amen
Grew up then! Huge fan!
This is in my opinion one of the most beautiful songs ever written, composed or sung ever! The Bee Gees and Andy had such beautiful voices! What a bunch of beautiful and gifted brothers!
Hey, India. I got a kick out of your reaction to the Bee Gees, especially your reaction to Barry, LOL. Yeah, Barry sure had the looks. And, India, you are so cute that I have practically the same reaction to you! Love your videos.
The 70s were great. I'd go back and stay forever and never return.
Me too.......😢
@@daniellebourgade8701 it was a great time. I'd even repeat my 4 years (1973-1977) in the United States Marine Corps. 40% of MY 1970s was in the Marine Corps. I'd do it again without thinking about it. Semper Fi from an old Marine Sergeant.
I agree.
@@BGWhisperer The 70s were great, I'll say it again... I'd go back and stay. Semper Fidelis
@BGWhisperer BTW, the BG's were great.
The Bee gees are on another level. They have some wonderful music. I am really enjoying how much you you are loving these songs!
Lucas Cecil It is really a shame it wasn’t appreciated more at the time (hate disco). No one could predict what today’s music would be.
The one in the middle got the height, looks, hair and voice. DNA jackpot.
Their younger brother Andy Gibbs looks alot like Barry. And he had a great voice and solo career. RIP Andy.
Thats Barry
🤣🤣🤣🤣 yeeaah lol
Andy wasn't bad
And most importantly, a beautiful spirit. A dedicated family man. Married to the same lady for 50 yrs
You need to hear their song "How Deep is you Love" you'll love it.
she did that one already! Go Check it out.
How can anyone not look and listen to barry and not want to marry him, he was such a babe inside and add, add talent and the whole group is out of this world. Definitely voices from Heaven
great group may they r.i.p
The 70's was a special time.
It was :))
Play the Bee Gee's How do you mend a broken heart. Beautiful song
To Love Somebody. A deeper than average song. ..For them or just about anyone.
Yes! Al Green did a great cover of that, too.
I agree. I love the Bee Gees! I used to sing how Can You Mend a Broken Heart when I was a little girl and by myself... meant a lot to me
@@colleenmahony8803 love Al Green!
My teacher in high school used to play Al Green and Marvin Gaye in the classroom when we were taking a break.
This song was The Bee Gees’ contribution to the “Music for UNICEF” fund. Beautiful music for children in need. Gotta love it even more. ❤️
They donated all royalties from this song in perpetuity to UNICEF.They got other major artists to do the same! There was a Televised concert called A Gift of Song where each artist performed the song they donated.❤😊
They sound like angels in human form.
Whenever I'm down, I go to this reaction video. ... India, you are a gift from HEAVEN.
I got chills ... and i’ve heard it thousands of time since 1975
I just fell in love with you watching the joy that the Brothers Gib elicited and the honest love on your beautiful face!!! It has always effected me emotionally since my very 1st listening!!!
I feel the love that you posses in heart and I can see it in your eyes and when you listen to any love songs that you play on your channel I can see that you are in your own world of romantic love. I feel it too. Take care. Gorgeous.💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚 to infinity
THERE WAS NO AUTO TUNE IN THE 70s THEY DID NOT NEED IT ..
Same!
When music had great meaning. We need this type of music in these unstable times. ❤️❤️
They don't make them like this anymore songs with meaning that you can never stop listening to
That would be a blessing
You should check out there other songs that are a hit also …. I am aware somegenerations never heard of the Bee Gee’s & those times had alot of great music from the 60’s to the 90’s. I always play those era of great songs while cleaning or driving on the road … great era of songs, 🎶🎵🎶✨💞
They were huge in the 70's, all the ladies loved them.
There was huge in the 80,90,2000 too… 22,000,000 albums sold… platinums & gold records.. inducted to writers hall of fame & rock & roll hall of fame, Grammy etc….
SUPER HUGE LOL
Middle School parties back in the 70s.. Everybody stopped when this came on and found somebody to slowdance with.. Good times..
Surely the "thumb-downers" on here made a terrible mistake. BG's on this song are superb. Just melt ya with those melodies & high notes & words! What is not to love. AND I love your reaction !! Fanning those little hands 😀
Sharon Weaver Among the best ever!
i do think that, from about 1000 people who went to click the thumbs up, a few would, on sliding over the mouse, finger poised over the left click buttoin, accidentally hit the thumbs down by mistake. And yes, there may be some who don't like the falsetto voices, and some who genuinely don't like smooth love music, maybe fans of, say, Cradle of Filth, possibly?
Sharon Weaver means a lot to me 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
@@OhMyGoshIndia amen sister! Such good music
@@mikeyaureliush9017 Actually there are relentless bot haters all over UA-cam. They will thumbs down anything good, progressive, multicultural. They will thumbs down a recipe for Girl Scout cookies, just sayin. Miserable people hatin.
The Bee Gees were producing perfect pop from the mid 1960's, right through to the Millennium!
That's a lot of catching up!!
I don't know if Barry still sings today.......
@@MrTech226
I think he's still singing, but I doubt he's as active as he was.
@@jamespasifull3424 True, especially he thinks about his late brothers. I just checked his bio. Barry is only 73. Actually he still active today. When checking his bio. Barry's son, Steve Gibb is a musician himself playing guitar mostly for hard rock and heavy metal such as Black Label Society. It is little different from his dad's music. Steve joined his dad on tour in 2013.
Barry is so good looking
No.. wayyyyyy to good looking like heaven!!!
Its Beee Jeees love youre videos India
Gees!!
Legendary among the best trio vocalists of all time. You could react to about forty more of their great tunes, Holiday, Massachusetts, Jive Talkin’,1949 New York Mining Disaster , Nights On Broadway! And many more!
They could sing those harmonies live with perfection.
.....their sounds are smooth; and uplifting. Glad to have grown up during their "era" .
Sick harmonies!
Your expressions are priceless!!! Love love love Barry!!!
Do “How do mend a broken heart” Barry really gets going in this one. ✌️✌️
“I Started a Joke” is a must!!
And the 1st of May.
Definitely I started a joke
The Bee Gees were a great group and Barry the oldest one. He has such a high pitch voice. And him and his wife have been married over 50 year's now. And after all these year's have gone by he is the only one of them still alive. So sad.
That’s just falsetto. His natural voice is lower.
love this song.
The have been playing since little boys and have written songs for endless numbers of artists!
If you liked this song, you'll LOVE "How Deep Is Your Love."
I'm 51 years young☺the Bee Gees and brother Andy Gibb were my first favorites growing up! Brings back some fun memories👍
Barry is just fantastic in this song with his falsetto makes this song great, his brothers are fantastic also this my friends is a master piece by the Bee Gees, #1 in my book always.
I am 60 and this group was my TOTAL ALL TIME FAV....I have the same reaction all the time. NEVER will anything like this ever be written again, love your reactions, you are too sweet and cute..
The second half of the 50s all of the sixties seventies and eighties were our birthright and we gift them to all generations who come after us that was truly the 35 best years of music and we give them to you to enjoy with our whole hearts.
The first time I heard this song I fell in love. This is definitely my favorite. They melt my heart. I could be in a bad mood and this song would just melt all of that away. ❤️❤️❤️
Imagine how we were grinding to this song in the 70's. It was amazing.
God, I love your reaction! You were truly smitten by these guys singing this song. That’s the way it’s supposed to be! Thank you!!
Its pronounced the B-G's babe. Very good reaction! These 3 were absolutely incredible and could harmonize so well. They will forever remain iconic!
And on the 8th day...God made the Bee Gees and inspired them to compose the song "Too Much heaven" and He looked and listened to them sing that song and said, "I MADE THEM!"
And check out their younger brother, Andy Gibb singing "I just Want to Be your Everything" "Shadow Dancing" and "Dont Throw It All Away"...all written by the Bee Gees!
That's how everyone should feel while witnessing " Singing ANGELIC Beings", they make one feel heavenly love with a heart warming feeling!!
Thank you and love to you all!✌️❤️
One of the best groups of all time and this is my FAVORITE Bee Gee's song! Oh and btw India...it's pronounced BEE JEEZ! lol I got their name as well when I first heard them.
Great reaction !
I am old enough to remember them when they were young boys on Australian television in the 1960’s before their biggest hits. Even then we knew that they were going to conquer the world. They had that special magic, even then.
Some great Aussie music around that time too. I love The Easybeats and think Little Stevie was under rated
scentials I second that!
I know girl, I know I feel you! The Bee Gees give me the chills, they bring me to tears that’s how beautiful they sing together. The lead singer Barry is still alive and he still sings brilliant falsetto. We really miss his brothers may they rest in peace and be with God Almighty.
His voice shoots right for the heart. Mmm I wore out this record when I was younger than you. I loved it lol Still love it. Miss it.
India, I was thinking the same "I adore them", and their voices melts my heart too since the first time I heard them when I was a kid.
India gets it.....she really reads into the message ...love her work
It's like Barry is singing just to you.
When the music moves you, go with it. Always.
This is in every possible way the most perfect song in the entire world..
The Bee Gees , hands down were the smoothest harmonical, love song singing whjite men ever to record music for the world to hear. God bless them forever
Idk about that but it's pretty good
Must admit ,I watch all the reactions ,but India ,is the top of my list ..
I love watching your face when Barry does his solo !! So great !!
And that you did not dance them, at the time, they were the net of the planet ... as we say in Mexico ... dancing at 1 am at a party after a lot of pop rock, to the BEE GEES, hugging the girl cute that you liked me all night, at about 16 years old, yes, another story and another dimension, take a tour of all the songs on the Saturday night fever album ... you will see, how deep It was at the time and even more so if you lived it. I tell you first-hand, I lived them and danced them in the nightclubs of that time ... I literally flew ... like being beyond paradise ... greetings from Mexico City ... I love your video reactions
Other than The Beatles they are the only group to have the #1,2,3,4 and 5 songs on the Billboard Top 40 at the same time
Dang, I know you were looking at their jeans at the end! Me too...
You’re videos are fun to watch. Keep on keepin’ it real!
Pretty hard not to see them/look. Not to be indelicate, but Barry was packing. Phew! :D
They had your heart in their hands, never seen you so emotional, was great
A Total Masterpiece
you know I'm 59yrs old and I love your reactions to these tunes.....You Go girl!
FYI they wrote songs for other artists, one being chain reaction by Diana Ross where they also sang backing vocals 😉
This song always brings me to tears; so incredibly beautiful!
I remember when I was as young as you. You have such a soul....to feel the songs like you do...keep it up
This is what we had back then 60,s,70s and 80s music was so good and uplifting with no autotune just talent !
