As a family of 10, we always ate dinner together with 4 boys and 3 girls. We all had assigned places at the table. Living on a farm we had many types of livestock. We were eat chicken and I looked at mom and said this chicken tastes different. My brother Randy quickly added that's because it used to go quack quack. I haven't tried it since. Your duck dinner makes me want to try it for myself 😊 thank you for sharing

If you loved the duck with all its dark meat, goose is excellent too. Plus with goose you can typically get a couple quarts (yes quarts) of goose fat. My granddad grew up on a farm and their ‘butter’ was always the goose fat. I admittedly only use the fat for amazing roasted veggies - it’s more tasty than chicken fat

    GOOD SATURDAY MORNING AMANDA
YOUR DUCK LOOKED AMAZING!!!! Great Job. Funny when you said you was making duck for supper. I’m was saying butternut risotto please.. LOL
I found these facts so fascinating. Indiana is the number one producer of duck in the world. China is the largest consumer of duck. I was told that Peking Duck has the best flavor. GOD BLESS from West Central Indiana Farmland

Have you done a video on making parmesean? I haven't tried making any cheese yet, but that would definitely be worth it for us.
