    My cousin in Iowa is the king of morels! He can find them in the timbers in no time! He’s like a bloodhound! 😂 my mom loves morels so much! I’m not a huge fan of them though. I prefer a nice small button mushroom. 😊

    Have you used your dish in the oven under broil often? I did once broiling pork chops and it shattered in my hands when I was removing it. I read they are not safe for intense heat from a broiler but that was 20 years ago so maybe they have improved. I only use metal to broil now.

      I think using metal is always a safer bet. I haven't had my pyrex explode in the oven, but I have had it shatter and explode on the top of my glass burner oven (i didn't realize it was still so hot).
