    I got to observe strikes on HVTs from my perch in Bagram. And it was crazy to see people survive being in the blast zone of a Hellfire.
    Also saw people survive strafing from A-10s.

    I assure you that the passengers would not be “unharmed”. The kinetic energy of the non-explosive missile is still going to kill everyone in the car just from all the shrapnel and debris.

    As a veteran, I'm hesitant to tell the potential adversary what we have. BUT, as a veteran, I also want to warn, said adversary, if you come to a gunfight, you better have more than a knife. As was once said "If you hit me, and I notice it, you will be in a bad situation".

    We are looking into a cost analysis of replacing it with the Spike NLOS. That means we will use the Hellfire missiles for the next ten years first solo than next to the NLOS. After that the Hellfire missiles will all be past their shelf life unless they are used or upgraded.
