Hi Tiffany, you have a good point, I would love to mix a broader range of all the shades. I try to keep the videos fairly brief, under 7mins if possible, and I tend to run out of mixing space if I go on too long! Maybe I should make another video for darker skin tones sometime, there are so many beautiful shades to explore! I'll keep you posted...
I thought it was a little short on browner tones too. Clearly Vicki is pale so that made sense but it you were teaching to a room of brown students this experiment would look different! Really valuable video. I learned a lot. Now will look at Vicki’s more recent ones!
I have watched all of your mixing videos about three times each (great Ambassadorship). It has been very helpful with decisions to switch over to MH paints. I am in the process of making my order. I'm am still on the fence about trying paint containing lead or toxic chemicals. I can truly "see" why artists choose this option because the colors are Devine. In this video you used Napels Yellow...is it the one with lead or without?

Oh ok, since it’s a series. Can you cove shades medium to dark shades? I would love to see how to do that. 😊
