Campfire Cooking: Pie Iron Quesadillas

- Today, we tried making quesadillas in pie irons!
Pie iron are good for so many things. It's so awesome everything you can do with a Pie iron.
The quesadillas were quick, easy, and delicious. Perfect camping meal! The dogs enjoyed theirs.

Good morning beautiful fam! 🥰 Ok let’s do this, fire it up! I gotta be honest, that turned out well! Sweet Beowulf was ready for his meal and Miss Fifi devoured hers with minimum to no fuss! It was delicious! The dogs loved their campfire quesadillas. It was so easy to make and delicious. We can't wait for fall. The temperature suits Beo much better.

Mexican food is very popular here in America. There at least 10 authentic Mexican restaurants in my hometown that I can think of, and there are probably more than I know about. There are also "fast mexican," chains like Chipotle or Taco Bell.
