Oh that's such great news Glenda! There a tonne of other yummy things you could add to the mix too... chocolate chips, Nutella, strawberries, caramel, popping candy... yum to all of them!!!

Those baby food packs are excellent. My baby granddaughter has them and they’re delicious. Any other ideas of how you could use them?

So... sitting down cooking inside the van or standing up and cooking from the boot? Which do you prefer? Could Jonny cook inside his van?
We can get bread that is sliced thinner called ‘sandwich bread’ in Japan. That might have been better than the thicker slices that you used. I’ve never made hobo pies so I don’t really know for sure.
I'm sure it would work with whatever bread you can find PT! We used the thick white, and a white gluten-free bread and both tasted 👌
Great ideas thanks for sharing we have a ridge monkey and will be trying some of these but using our gas stove as not often allowed a fire

If in doubt, put more cheese on it...
