Add coconut flour quater quantity to dough. Don't add any nonveg. You can eat it ,two days or more , it won't spoil . you can add cheese as optional ,I don't have experience of using cheese. I know coconut flour doesn't spoil quickly. Add nuts if possible. It will become like biscuit. Use flour single layer little thick like burger or use as you are using. You must experiment. I realize this is a 4-year-old video and it's great. However, I just want to say that self-rising flour DOES NOT HAVE YEAST IN IT. If it did, you would need to let it rise. What you are making is a flatbread, like frybread. Again, great video (except audio).
Not even a flicker of sarcasm in my response. As corn meal is hard to come by in this country, it was a genuine request that you share the results of any experimentation. Once you've worked through your personal struggles with insecurity (no shame there, fella - we all have our off days), if you do choose to share your findings, keep it clean; these videos are for families. Thanks Linda, but it’s actually a soda-bread.
Great job! For the calzone can you use corn meal to dust your iron?
Thanks. Probably, but there's only one way to know for sure. Let us know how it works out.

That is funny. Liberal is used differently in our country, mostly as a pejorative.
Corn meal is often used so pizza doesn't stick to a peel so I'd assume it would work here too
I’ve made a similar hotdog bread using a cornbread batter, recipe on the cornmeal package, to make corn dogs in the pie iron.
IF you wanted to just make the bread in the Pie Iron just put half the dough in it and bake?
Bang on.
Great recipe, no dessert? :)
Replace the hotdogs with pieces of chocolate. It’s as good as it sounds.
Is that a Submariner
Good eye, spotting that from North Carolina.
