As a long time Dodge Ram w/ 24v Cummins owner from the US, I can say these Nissan Cummins swaps are next level. I absolutely love what these guys have done! That compound p-pump 24v is epic. Cheers 🍻 from 🇺🇸
I’ve maxed out the 150hp injectors on the compound one so it’s getting 300’s along with better valve springs, pushrods and the head will be getting a set of fire rings. Oh and the manual is getting the ass in favour of a manualised 4L80 🤙
@@Mavturbo Ive got a 2001 24V CTD in my Dodge that Ive been building up. Im curious what diameter of snorkel pipe and snorkel set up you have to get enough air into the engine. Im running around 320 hp and 750ft lbs tq. Any suggestions on getting enough air in to keep the egts in check and the soot down?

GQ Y60 Stephan Karolyi you said it man it’s a lot of effort and money but after going for a spin I can start to understand why.. and after already spending bulk coin on td’s over the years I suppose there chasing big power and reliability..
@@brycey83 How do you reckon a Barra would fare in a swap like this? Im in Europe but ive heard tons of good things about the Barra, and heard its cheap as can be for you guys down under, do you happen to know why theyre not more popular to swap in 4x4's ? Thanks for the video was entertaining

@@joshuafitforbattle8999 I have the compound VP44. The Auto has a full manual valve body, so you’ve gotta shift gears manually.

It’s 70kg heavier than a TD42.... The ride height is the same with the winch removed.
