About the build:
This is my version of a (pure) Cannoneer Engineer. My other cannoneer videos were of hybrid builds. This is the first time that I made a pure Cannoneer Engineer.
Fusillade is used primarily to deal with crowds (at long-range) and to trigger spells from my Cannon. Blast Cannon is used (at any range) for disposing enemies as directly and as quickly as possible. Blast Cannon deals higher raw damage, whereas Fusillade's raw damage is more spread out.
For crowd control, I had a choice between Overload, Tremor, and Seismic Slam. I chose Overload because it can be spammed every 2 seconds, and it deals good DPS-based damage. These 2 things make Overload better for this build than Seismic Slam or Tremor.
Healing Bot and Forcefield are must-haves for any Engineer build. Immobilization Copter and the stun effect from Heavy Lifting are for slowing down mobs of monsters.
Storm Burst is maxed out to take advantage of its 1-second cooldown. It's the only mobility skill in the Cannoneer's arsenal.

If you're wondering why I haven't been uploading this past 6 months, the reason is that my laptop literally died in September of 2021 as I was finishing up on this Engineer build. When I brought it to a repair center, I was told that it's the motherboard that's the problem. Buying a brand new motherboard would cost about the same as buying a new laptop. I currently could not afford to get it repaired or to get a new laptop, and so I was stuck for 6 months unable to post new content. Fast forward to this month of March, my brother had decided to lend me his old laptop. It's basically a hand-me-down. I am so looking forward to creating more content on this laptop. Seriously, it's like a second life for this channel. =)

This is a good build. I like it 🤩
I had a similar build, but I maxed out Coup De Grace and Fire and Spark instead of Storm Burst and Overload. The stun from spamming Fusillade procs so much that Coup De Grace melts just about anything. Fire and Spark only helps your overall DPS with a 75% damage increase with both elements. Factor in gems and strength scaling and it almost doubles your DPS.
I appreciate this comment because on the switch I only get 6 active keybinds and this change is perfect.

Wow a pure cannoneer this time. It's impressive. A question though about this build. Is it okay if I put just 1 point on storm burst put them on coup de grace instead? Oh and I had a few follow up questions in your summoner engineer content. I'll be expecting your suggestions if you would be so kind.
Hi. Yes, 1 point on Storm Burst is fine. My other engineer builds also have Storm Burst at level 1. I've always wanted to try a build with maxed out coup de grace. Let me know how it's going for you.

Dude I did your engineer summoner build and I ended up having 1300 strength, 400 + focus, 200+ dex ( I didn't put any points) and ( no points as well )300+ vit all with enchantments and it's doing really well in tarroch's tomb Veteran NG++. I'm worried if my engineer can survive on elite mode though since the damage reduction I have is only 69 percent when I checked arcane statics. Oh I have a question about your engineer cannoneer bro. Why did you have points on focus? Is it for the fussilade? I hope you can make tanky builds for both berserker (with shield and one hand weapon) and engineer (still with summons) for elite mode. Keep up the good work.
Glad you're having fun with your build. Focus boosts Fusillade's damage, as well as the damage from spelltriggers Glacial Spike and Meteor Strike.
The Ravage Berserker build video wields a shield, tho it's not quite tanky. But it makes up for it in lifesteal gear. I also plan to build another Summoner Engineer that's more defense-oriented than the Robotics Engineer build video.
@@cyclingcmdr wow a tanky engineer summoner. I'm looking forward to it. About the damage reduction with my own robotics engineer I was missing a limoany and now it's 74% damage reduction so my bad, hahaha. Oh btw, I don't know if you have time but I suggest you make an HC Elite character. I don't see a lot of people having luck finishing it without mods, creating a new character with mods or parties. I'm scared of ever playing HC mode because if the character dies it's permanently dead. It's not worth for players who spent farming and grinding in single mode like me.
Hi. Loving your content. I recently started playing again and so i'm looking for some tips on spells. which ones do you use on your pet and on the engineer.
Which enhancements do you target in the early game ( i'm in act 2 with 3 of my characters) and are there any weapons / armor i need to look out for. thanks in advance.
Hi. I usually just put summon spells on my pets and passive spells on my characters. On this engineer, I have Concentration, Adrenaline Rush, Adventuring, and Marksmanship. As for the pet, I used Animal Handling, Skeleton IV, Skeleton V, and Skeleton VI.
Early game, I don't actively seek specific weapons or armors. I just equip anything and everything that drops from monsters until I get to Act 3 wherein I can start farming phase beast challenges over and over for unique loot. And so my suggestion is to try to be patient in the early game. You'll have plenty of time farming uniques in the Avoid the Lava phase beast challenge in Act 3.

Hey there, I just went through all your Engineer build videos for TL2, and it's really good stuff, great showcase ! Do you think I could make a solid robotics summoner build using a cannon ? Instead of going sword and shield ? I would really love my character to summon an army of bots while shooting enemies from a distance, would it be a good combo not really ? Cheers !!

The build wasn't perfect, but it was a blast to play. There's so much room for improvement here, and so I believe you can improve upon the build with your own ideas. 😃
Hey bro I wonder if you could give me tips where to get unique socketables like Whorlbarb, Limoany, Rambren and Reichleiu. I had prismatic embermage build that beat tarroch's tomb over again and still can't find this gems.
Hi. The types of skull drops depend on the level of the area/game you're playing. Limoany can only be farmed in NG+. The best place to farm it is in the Protect the Crystal phase beast challenge in Act 1.
Rambren, Whorlbarb, and Riechlu can be farmed in NG++. They do drop in Tarroch's Tomb. But I suggest farming them in the Avoid the Lava phase beast challenge in Act 3.
Hi dude!! So far I haven't been leveling up my cannoneer with a maxed coup de grace version. Right now, I'm still grinding on my other characters such my emberquake engineer and tank berserker. It's taking too long to get the end items that I want for my characters but I really enjoy the game nevertheless. I do have questions and I hope you can help. Does the level of your character affect the drop rate of limoany skulls in protect the crystal phase? My embermage is now level 79 but is still in NG+ and currently in avoid the lava since I'm hunting for riechliu skulls. Can I still get limoany skulls although my embermage is almost level 80? I feel like leveling up another embermage to hunt for limoany skulls is really tedious. And lastly, is there a spot where you can hunt for wfuntir skulls? Oh that's actually no the last. Is there a map where you can easily get unique sets such us mondon or harbringer set? I only hunt in mapworks and netherlord in NG++ using my level 100 summoner engineer. Sorry for a lot of questions but I hope you can answer them.
Hi. If I remember correctly, the level of the character does not affect the drop rate of Limoany. As long as the map level is around 55 in NG+, then there is still a chance to get it. I just reload the Phase Beast challenge in Frosted Hills (Act 1) over and over again to try to get the skulls.
Wfuntir skulls was the most difficult in my experience. It took me months to finally get it to drop. I was just unlucky. I found it in the Avoid the Lava challenge in Act 3. Most of the skulls worth having, I farmed them in Avoid the Lava.
As for unique sets, I found most of it in Tarroch's Tomb. You don't have to finish the entire gauntlet to get parts of the sets.

I just bought this game and I can't even get it to launch from steam. I looked and try so many different things and nothing worked. Maybe it doesn't work with windows11 idk
That's wierd.. I just downloaded the game for free and works just fine.
Yeah, I heard Windows 11 is still quite unstable. Not sure though if it's indeed the cause of your troubles in getting the game to run. Have you considered reverting to Windows 10?

I used the Sweet-Aide potion trick to improve my chances. You can acquire the potion from Cacklespit the Witch in Act 3.

Hi bro! I play with my friend, when I started the game I raised the skill incorrectly, I want to reset the skill but only reset the last 3 skills that I have learned. Is there any way I can reset all my skills?
Yes [on the switch port]. Eventually, you can craft a potion that resets all of your skill points (respec potion)

Hi. I'm not entirely sure but if I remember correctly, it's not available in the base/unmodded version of the game. You would need to either install a mod for that or go into the console and enter some commands. I could be wrong though as I haven't tried resetting all my skills.
@@cyclingcmdr Hi. I'm so sorry, but I think my first comment was misleading because I've only played through the switch port and not the PC version. The potion craftable there, but it's likely a feature unavailable without mods in the real game.
