Is there an award for UA-cam channels? If so, I nominate TTWC. The content, the insights, the narration, the videography, the photography, and the genuineness that Oisin brings to his channel is... inspiring. Bravo mate!
Me too! MK
It’s a shame producer Michael didn’t see it that way, mind you he is a bit of an idiot lol 😝
And don’t forget his silent partner in production!
Simon Goddard I could be wrong but I think Adam Swords would have given the go ahead, but was probably told to keep stumm 🤐
Absolutely agree, great video.
And that is why this is my favorite watch channel.
Amen! The best!
First channel I've ever checked daily waiting on the next update...
Mine too! What a show! MK
It's the only channel where I've specifically asked for notifications. lol
@@jwdepriest Me too. An absolutely true statement.
Came for the Seamaster, stayed for the Strauss! Thanks for the magnificent and educational video!
Ain’t that music by Tchaikovsky?
What a beautiful little movie. The Irish artist lives. The writing, the cinematography, the narration are perfectly woven together with golden thread. A sponsor could not put a price on inclusion in such a petite masterpiece. Thank you.
I'm italian and live less than 300 km far from Trieste. With this video not only you made me want to discover this wonderful city, but also to buy a classic Seamaster. You couldn't have done a better work, thank you!
You live less than 300 kms away and you haven't been there... Just thank the LORD you don't live in Australia mate. Over here, 300k's a stone's throw...You need to get out more!!! Seriously!
Did the exact thing your talking about.2010 year black dial.wasnt cheap but love it .paid a little over to get a mint one..$ 4800 australian dollars
Wow! You sir are a lucky and talented gentleman. This video puts high dollar commercially produced products to shame. Your “silent” partner, i.e. your daughter’s photographic and cinematography talent is spectacular and deserves end credit recognition if she wants it.
I’ve spent hours going back and watching some of your previous video and wanted to thank you for there unique style and perspectives. But then I also want to curse you for money I’ve recently parted with for new acquisitions. And, yes, my wife thinks I’ve lost my mind.
Keep up the great work....both of you.
When I saw this video pop up on my phone the first thing I did was put on my 300m. Thank you for the hours you spend on these videos, I think I speak for all of us that love watches that you make some of the best content on this platform (and Lydia takes the best video😉).
Over half an hour on the Seamaster 300 without once relying on the Bond thing or repeating the same general Omega history like everyone else does - just an appreciation of the thing itself for what it is. Magnificent work. I thank you.
One of the best treasures within the watch history. Spectacular design, so much elegance, so sporty. The perfect watch for grown men without looking at someones age. It’s like the time has stopped as this watch has right to exist yesterday, today and tomorrow. Definitely a classic for ever.
The only watch channel where earbuds are a must. Music is fantastic.
Absolutely spectacular, nothing more to say.
I'll 2nd that.
I think this is your best video so far, everything is right, words, music, film, all carefully chosen. I watch your videos only on TV. Watching them on my mobile wouldn't do them justice. Thank you, and keep them coming!
Wow what a beautiful video. Excellent 👍
Been checking daily for a Timeless Watch Channel upload! Excellently produced video content as always!
I am a certified watch buff and a little bit Irish. I have watched many watch videos, but I was intrigued as your video unfolded. This is truly a watch video masterpiece! It is 37 minutes long, but worth every minute. The Omega is featured, but seems only a backdrop to the Italian tradition. Bravo, Bravo to a truly artistic masterpiece!
Dennis Sadlicki
Stunning little movie and with beautiful shots.
Oh....and fabulous choice of music too
Stunning watch, stunning city, stunning video art again!!!
Oh my God......I have to go to work now! Aaarrrhhhhhhh......Can't wait to watch this when I get home.
Wonderful video, Sir!
Oh wow, such a great video. Was in Italy in the summer of 2020 and it brought back so many memories. My favourite country. Also just bought the same Seamaster, but the mid-size, and I love it to pieces. Like you, it’s my first proper luxury watch and also like you, it will never be sold!
Your videos are the best. Please keep em coming.
Another beautiful video. Pure class. Thank you.
Shouts of "Bravo!" followed by a standing ovation. I've always loved the Seamaster, and now I love it even more. And finally I realize that Trieste is where I need to be.
As watch enthusiast we are so lucky to have some one with your skills, knowledge, personality and energy, to create content like this for us to enjoy. Wow..
I just might send a link to this masterpiece to a certain U.S. West Coast based producer - so he can see how it should be done in 2020. 🥃
Wow . So beautiful . Thank you .
Magnificent! My favorite watch channel by far. I was sad to see this one end. I appreciate all the effort and thought you put into these. You make me miss my Omega 300m Seamaster - my first 'good' watch as well.
Another great video. You started this channel brilliantly and have got better ever since.
Wow, great video. Not that previous videos weren't good but this felt more refined. The dual story of watch and location (especially when it's Italy), laced with the music, philosophy and humour is perfect.
Grande!!! What a fitting tribute to your first important watch. I was gifted mine by my late brother in-law therefore my sister always remarks that when I wear it she gets comfort knowing that I look after it for him. Brilliant video on Trieste and as others comment your content is unique!!! Sei sempre il migliore.
A beautiful movie. An artistic soul with beautiful shots and the extraordinarily described Omega Seamaster 300 m deserves an Omega team award for this kind of advertising - two free Omegas for you and your daughter, of your choice! The best watch video on UA-cam!
My first nice watch. Received it as a gift from my father in 2006 as a graduation present. Wore it in Afghanistan while in the Army and it's still going strong after several IED blasts and gunfights. Great watch and one I will never sell, my Sea-Dweller and GMT-II come second to this watch in my collection. Wonderful video and production, keep it up!
Great video, and best on UA-cam. Thanks for your Time.
My first watch too and love it for all the reasons mentioned 👍
Wow! This is the only watch channel worth watching 👍
That was an experience! My favorite content on UA-cam by far..thank you and your daughter
Just superb. This is by far my favourite channel now. Long may it last. Many thanks.
Hands down the best watch review I’ve seen yet. Love the music and combination of something of value and a special place. Bravo!
I very rarely and I mean rarely comment on videos. But this has been visually and musically spectacular. Had me there, smelling the coffee and ocean from my cosy bed. Thank you sir.
stunning episode
Great to see you back again with new vids! That looks like a lovely city, I'm putting it on my bucket list to visit!
Slow tv at it's best. Beautiful photography combined with gorgeous music. Very nicely done. I watched the entire video over breakfast.
I've never watched a UA-cam video of this length before, enjoyed every minute, superb.
Fantastic video. It has a very nice balance between exploring the beautiful city and talking about a personal experience with your watch. Id love to see more videos like this. Cheers
One of your many masterpieces, but the sunset footage alone takes my breath away each time I rewatch this
Every vídeo a new Master piece. Bravo!
Simply the greatest UA-cam channel in the world.
What a fantastic film! Should be on TV! Since November I live in Slovenia, Ljubljana about an hour away from Trieste, not visited yet but I will do now, looks amazing...and I will wear my Seamaster from 2001 bought brand new. Strangely, I have a submariner 116610 but recently the seamaster has been my watch of choice, you summed up perfectly why I will never sell it no matter what as it was also my first luxury watch...£1080 in 2001 by the way. From one foreigner living far from home to another, bravo...great film, enjoyed it immensely!
Not sure if this is a new format cause i havent noticed before but im lovin it. Enjoy hearing your experience with the watch, subtle spec details about it, as well as immersing myself into a different city despite being in my couch. This channel is gonna explode for sure. Keep it up!
Thank you. This has probably been the most heartfelt watch video I’ve ever encountered. Saved to favorites. Keep up the good work. Appreciate your format. Very calming.
Another great video. The seamaster was my first luxury watch. Glad you’re keeping safe.
I was watching this movie on one Breath.
Omega Seamaster 300m my first and favorite watch in my collection.
Italy my favorite country but I’m living in CA 😉
Thank you so much, Amazing episode 👌
Thank you Oisin! Stunning video. I've missed you, my friend. Glad to know you and Lydia are well. Take good care.
Classy as ever and oddly wearing my SMP when I saw this video. Exquisite work on the videography and music.
Amazing episode, one of the best so far and featuring one of my all time favourite watches.
Captivating script, attentive narrative, great music and just simply fabulous visuals ! You have a talent for telling stories but your cameraman - or cameragirl - has an extra sense for aesthetics ! Fantastic video ! One of the best on UA-cam at large ! Thank you for a very special Sturday eveninig !!!
Brilliant just brilliant.
Well done, 👍
Your work just keeps getting better and better. The Seamaster is the timeless watch.
Absolutely brilliant. Between Seamaster, Trieste and desserts - what more can you ask for. Thank you!
Bloody hell. Stunning work!
I have the exact same watch but circa 1998 and the lume is starting to display a beautiful patina. Like you, I also bought mine on eBay for about $1500 from the original owner who apparently gave up on it because the crown didn’t screw down all the way. Had it serviced and now runs perfectly. I agree that the waves on this version is the best. The waveless Seamaster is as ill-conceived as the Porsche 996 cracked egg headlights. And the bracelet is extremely comfortable with the fine articulations. Bought it after I got the black Seamaster new but always wanted the blue James Bond version Pierce Brosnan made famous. It has become my lucky watch as I wore it to 3 Super Bowls
Watched before starting work, another classic!! You both just made my day 😃 thanks 👏👍
One of my favourite Omega watches.
Wow man, you make some really good videos also I love the watch!
Wow, your videos have been great since the beginning yet, they somehow manage to keep getting better. Well done.
Absolutely hands down best “watch” channel on UA-cam..... watches, history, travel, music and first class production quality..... 👍
Another masterful production, thank you for this. This channel is far more than reviewing watches and the life knowledge and experiences really grow on you as a subscriber.
Quality 360 degree. You and Lydia are producing a product that can be sold to a major channel . But please don’t ! I want to continue to enjoy it .
I was expecting the Batman and I was surprised with the video. Amazing production, amazing travel experience. Thanks a lot.
Awesome. Thanks... Again!
Love the watch radar touch.....we all have one!! Adore your videos. Don’t ever stop.
Why are people giving a thumb down here? I just don't get it. Thank you for taking us with you to Trieste Oisin. Feels a bit like having been there myself now.
Cinematic masterclass, sublime.
Brilliant video Lydia and Oisin, next level - no doubt. I enjoyed it so much and it refreshes my love to Italy ...
This has to be one of UA-cam’s most undervalued videos. Hands down I could watch it every day. And if the content was brilliant, then the ending last minute is perfection to the video.
🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 ❤️👍
This video was gorgeous. The mix between talking watch and talking Trieste was great. My new favorite part, thought, was the "Watch Radar" call-out graphics. That's me.
I didn't want it to end. That was so interesting and so beautiful. What a city and you captured it so lovingly. On top of that your philosophical take on watches, life, how they can intertwine; that really makes these stand out. Giving us the whole Strauss song at the end was superb. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Congratulations to Lydia and yourself for producing such a fantastic video... Enjoyed every moment
The italian heart and the austrian mind...what a poetic and beautiful mind and watch. Thank you.
Another seriously incredible video, nobody else is doing content like this. Makes me jealous as an American still locked down, hopefully we get it together. I'm also on the hunt for an Omega SMP 2254.50, cant wait to take it somewhere!
Claudio Irving
Good choice my friend, you won’t regret it. Good luck with the hunt...
30 minutes Escape from Covid 19 ...... excellent photography
Wow! All the effort you put into your videos is recognized and highly appreciated. This one is extra special in terms of the lengths you have gone to present your first love in the best possible light - a real masterpiece!! Thanks so much!
Bravo Maestro, bravo!! Encore, encore!!
Oisin and Lydia you have created a masterpiece. Artistic, informative, educational, motivational, inspirational, spiritual. It has it all.
Multi layered and faceted - a true gem. The attention to detail and quality is phenomenal. This is clearly a labour of love. No wonder we had to wait so long for this wonderful production.
You have raised the bar Oisin and Lydia and set a new benchmark. Long may it continue. Do not underestimate how greatly your efforts are appreciated. You too are a great Irish man Oisin.
Another feather in your cap - your channel just keeps on getting better.
Thanks to both of you for putting so much time and effort into your stunning productions.
Oisin, that was a masterpiece. Your productions are getting better every time. Best watch channel on UA-cam by a mile.
Excellent vid 👍
I just have to say that you have the soul of a poet. Thank you for making life a little sweeter
Bravissimo! Wonderful work from you & Lydia. Uplifting first watch story surrounded by breathtaking scenery where it's impossible to point the lens in the wrong direction. The time spent editing is apparent & appreciated. Was worth the wait!
Congrats!! Such an amazing video! I have been 3 times in Italy and next time ill visit that city for sure, my omega seamaster was my first luxury watch and is still my favorite one.
One of the most beautiful and satisfying movies and watch reviews I have ever seen !!!
Yet another masterpiece. Thank you.
Another outstanding video both in terms of reviewing the Omega, AND the fantastic historical tour of Trieste. Your videos are helping me put together my vacation bucket list!
Beautiful city, beautiful watch, beautiful production values, another TWC classic!
My first decent watch as well, bro. Amazing videos 💥
I’m going to tell you, I simply believe you to be the best uncover watch channel on the web right now. Keep your vibe good sir... Best wishes, and I already miss these early times, as I see your channel exploding in the best possible way. Cheers good sir
Apologies for the late comment, I’m incredibly new to the channel. This video really resonated with me as the 2531.80 was a watch purchased for me which sadly I had to sell due to hard times. Given it was my first luxurious timepiece I vowed to repurchase this however as life does, it throws some notorious curve balls which seems to push the dream further away. This year I was reunited with this piece and I couldn’t be happier. Like yourself, I think the Seamaster is an awesome timepiece, a “daily driver”, capable of daily scenarios. Thank you for sharing this video, wonderfully documented and artistically creative.
Such a great video of both the Omega Seamaster and this ‘honey-hole in Italy.... seems we may have learned a lot more!?!
Lydia ma be the one that makes these videos such a work of art... 🤨😆
Your reviews are fantastic and the music and scenery just blend so perfectly. I miss Italy after being there twice and your descriptions are perfect!! Keep them coming!!!
Without doubt one of the most enjoyable watch films I've ever seen, I now want a Seamaster again and to travel to Trieste :-)
