- How to change the oil on a Honda CBR600RR:
1. Remove both lower fairings.
2. Drain oil, change filter, new filter, new oil.
3. Install the lower fairings.
The Honda CBR600RR is a 599 cc (36.6 cu in) sport motorcycle that was introduced by Honda in 2003 as a race replica version of Honda's CBR600F series. It won every Supersport World Championship title from 2002 to 2008, and again in 2010 and 2014.

WARNING!!! In this video, i use locktite to put the lower fairings back on the bike... DO NOT USE LOCKTITE!!! The lower fairings are now stuck on my bike, and I have to remove the upper/middle/lower fairings as one piece to make repairs!!!
Thanks for this. The only thing I don't like about my 2011 is that engine fairing. Its not so much that I dislike the look of it (though, I do prefer the looks of my 2007 which exposes the motor), but I hate having to remove the dang huge fairings every time I wanna do an oil change!
Right!?! Honda just decided to give all of us the middle finger when they designed those new fairings... -_-

The oil pan? Haha, Autozone FTW! It is a 15qt pan, i think. Only issue, is it makes a mess when emptying it...
