This is like the MMPR fighting game but with more budget.
Some of the special moves are supposed to be buffs. Due to the way UA-cam displays videos, you may not be able to see flashing sprites when fighters are powered up.

I wish the combat system was better and smoother here, I believe a ROM hack is possible for this! It needs one.
Yeah this TV show deserved a better game. I would have liked a beat 'em up, maybe with some vehicle levels.
