10. Streets of rage 2
9. Phantasy star 2
8. Comix zone
7. Castlevania bloodlines
6. Decap attack
5. Bonzana Bros
4. Sonic the hedgehog 2
3. Golden axe
2. Splatter house 2
1. Vectorman
If I had known that someday I could afford every single console I wanted with a wall full of games for each my teenage years would have had a lot less angst
That was a great list I totally agree with you with everything except shinobi I thought that game was trash when I played it as a teenager
SOR2 is the best beat 'em up I've ever played. I do like how you can run and roll in SOR3 but SOR2 is just more enjoyable to me.
Lost Vikings and Re Star!
The Immortal, Castlevania Bloodlines & Ghouls and Ghosts are in my top 10 , a couple Shinobi games in there, definitely Sonic 2
I'd forgotten how mad, Sonic was.
Good list although I'd would have added stryder.... .forgotten worlds ......kid chameleon....road rage........just off the top of my head
castevania bloodlines and gunstar heroes are my personal favs
Robo cop vs the terminator always one of my top favorites.
Shining Force 2 is my favorite by far
General Chaos was a great game and also ahead of it's time for a console game
Dune: The Battle for Arrakis was heavily underrated.
Gunstar Heroes no slowdown? Stage 5.
Mind numbing, eye rubbing slowdown!
Comix zone shouldnt be included anywhere since it was released when the mega drive was already half dead.
I like toejam and earl 2. Its a game from i think 1994 but always felt as a cartoon. Never had part 1 but that never attracted me anyways. Wish they made a proper 3 with the whole gang
So many top 10 Genesis lists have Sonic 1 & 2 on them but never Sonic 3 & Knuckles, which is easily the best of the Sonics. It's strange seeing that one omitted from this since MJ did the music on that one as well. More levels, better music, better bonus stages, knuckles, etc..
Staple game for me is nhl 94....turtles Manhattan project and fifa soccer 94-96..T2 arcade game are also great ..Genesis is still an excellent system
I have a modded SNES mini with Sega n ton of other console s on it. 1600 games from that era.
Dynamite Headdy, Toejam and Earl, and Vectorman would be in my top 3
General Chaos!!! Can't believe it didn't make the list. If you've never played it... you're welcome lol
Was the Dark SIDE of Michael Jackson that kidnapped the Kids 😂
I'm kinda amazed master of monsters didn't make it on the list, or shining force.
I think Castlevania Bloodlines is extremely underrated and would definitely be there on my list. I loved yours too
No question.
JR needs to replace Michael Jackson game with Castlevania for top ten Genny games.
that's actually the only castlevania game I like
@attilathehun0 moonwalker was awesome lol. Alien storm is the one that should be replaced. I would personally have road rash 2, but bloodlines is amazing.
Absolutely. One of my favorite Castlevania games, and I've played every single one except Simon's Quest.
