Dude NOT one of your videos play to the end, they're ALWAYS cutting off mid sentence with you still giving information❗ Is there a way you can adjust this issue please🤔 Thank you
250 mg is more than enough caffeine lmao. If you’re double scooping that, you need to take a break. It’s not good for your mind or body to be taking that much stimulants.
I don’t want to sound like a idiot here, but I have a doctor-diagnosed/advised scenario where caffeine really doesn’t do much for me no matter how high the dose. Yes, im one of the people where the caffeine doesn’t do anything for me.. Caffeine at a 250 mg Dose should be enough. However, you can build up caffeine tolerance so if you’re taking 500 milligrams for just a workout, that’s probably too much because most brands themselves only advise taking no more than 430 milligrams.
Actually 400 is the max recommended amount so 250 is not that good. Of course I'm not gonna be sipping coffee throughout the day casually if I'm already taking a 400 milligrams caffeine preworkout.
From what I understand about creatine it takes weeks to saturate the muscles. So regardless of when you take it, pre work out or post your taking it to keep your saturation level the same. It has no performance effect as a pre workout. Unless you just want to get your daily dose in with your pre workout it doesn't really matter when you take it.
I'm a woman who is able to build my upper body naturally. I do take a pre workout sometimes. I just look for one with beta Alanin and L citruline, but I avoid creatine. I don't want to feel boated. I have thought about it because I would like to see my legs become a bit denser and for a little better performance in the gym. I just don't want to gain more size. I'm happy with the size I have. Don't want to look like a guy in a dress. I know I don't have the testosterone of a man, but I think I may have a bit more than some women. Ripped muscular more in my upper body than lower, and I work my legs harder. Do you think it would work if I keep my calories slightly below or at maintenance for my goals?
Creatine ain't steroids. It won't have you looking manly unless you already look like a man lol. I usually buy preworkouts with low or no creatine too though, but for a different purpose. Creatine turns into creatinine (which is useless for gains and slightly toxic) almost as soon as it hits liquid so I like to add my own creatine during the last few sips so it spends less time in water. It also helps me control the amount a little more since preworkout ingredients are so mixed up, each scoop is different and you never know exactly how much of each ingredient you're getting. Supps are also not monitored by the FDA so the labels may not be entirely accurate either. I take supp labels more as a rough estimate than actual fact.
6 grams of L citrulline is for vascular response(STILL in pursuit of garter snake veins. Wrist curls help...& steel grippers, too.) 5 grams of creatine is for POST recovery with a SOLID high protein meal with NO SUGAR,LOW carbs should result in bigger muscle mass to surpass a 1 rm by SEVERAL times until that workout is for hypertrophy based gains.).
Just put a scoop of creatine into your cup of coffee you made at home. Save money, get the same results. Bonus tip-stir a teaspoon of salt into a glass of water to give you the “pump” 🤡
Caffeine and sugar is so funny. People can tell you that they’re just better at caffeine or sugar than you. But if they said the same thing about drugs, it would sound awful right? Well caffeine and sugar is just as addicting as drugs. So someone saying they can handle caffeine better makes me very very worried about them.
When I saw you at GNC in this..I clicked to next video. Well after this comment.. everyone GNC is not for you, it's overpriced and they only want to sell.. they don't care what your goals are, it's just money to them..
Not to family owned franchise stores. A lot of stores are corporate, but there’s also family owned stores that are actually passionate about supplements and fitness and make that their career business and care about what’s good for you and your budget.
I actively avoid any pre-workout with creatine in it. There's no reason to add creatine, outside of a label purposes into a preworkout. Keep it seperate.
This channel randomly popped up for me today and I love it good stuff man
Not acting like a scientist keeping you big as hell

depends on your body everyone is different
@@boneswtff you could say that about anything though. For the vast majority of people 250 mgs of caffeine is a lot

Dude needs to stack about a gram of Theanine if he's actually consuming that much caffeine.
Maybe one day we might get a complete video without you cutting off so we don't get the full information. That would be a wonderful video to do Corey
Keep doing your thing king

I like to take Redcon Total War pre workout with 6 grams of L-citruline and L-arginine. Pumps are pretty nasty.

Instead of having to stack just find a product that’s not under dosed on key ingredients
The most caffeine you are supposed to have in a day is 200mg

Caffeine. That's all you'll need for any pre-work out. That's it. Then electrolytes, protein and some fats after.
