- This might be one of the worst pre-workout supplement combinations in history. Sometimes I wonder if I come off like a dick with some of these reaction clips, but inaccurate bodybuilding supplement advice like this honestly just pains me to see and I genuinely make them to help out. A guy with millions of social media followers posting a simple clip like this can result in god knows how many people running out and spending their hard earned money on a laundry list of useless fitness supplements they don’t even remotely need.

@@dannygasparyan4902 Yes, creatine has benefits, but you want to be taking it every day. You don't, really, want to be taking pre-workout everyday. As such, using your pre-workout to get your creatine is inadvisable.

Sean: This is actually one of the more useful ingredients in this pre-workout drink. I prefer to do it separately after the gym but it doesn't matter as long as you snort within 2 hours of working out to maximize muscle growth.

Except BCAAs are helpful both before/after workouts
You have to be a professional to get all the protein/amino acids from natural sources and even they supplement BCAAs
Also anyone who thinks arginine doesnt have a noticeable effect has never studied molecular biology
That small percent that is absorbed significantly increases the oxygen saturation of red blood cells

Wrong on l-carnitine. HOWEVER because oral l-carnitine only has a 10-15% absorption rate, you need to either inject it or take grams of it with garlic to avoid tmao

@@atlas6028 nope. Science proves the effectiveness of lcarnitine and arginine. If you're in the gym 2 hours a week you won't notice them but if you're an athlete they make a big difference for sure.
@@ld1065 l carnitine doesn't affect anyone unless your training for say football or basketball or sports like that. But were not talking about being an athlete weretalking about working out and l carnitine is useless when working out and plus even if you are an athlete to experience any increase in muscle carnitine levels, you need to take l carnitine with high carbohydrates, twice a day for at least six months. And l arginine isnt really good for anything it doesn't do much especially if your eating red meat, poultry fish, or dairy, If someone doesn't eat those alot then i can understand the use of l arginine

I have instant coffee. Take about 1-2 tbs and add just enough water that it turns into a liquid and then shoot that shit down your throat. Super disgusting. I have to rinse my mouth with water and then brush my teeth after.

I am not exactly a Greek god but I started giving your videos to my old sailors back in the Navy. I can’t tell you how many times, as a corpsman, I had to treat someone that was putting stuff in their body that they knew little about. For example: I know a guy who took pre-workout like three times a day and was surprised that it was hard to sleep.

Right. By far the best pre workout is a good nights sleep. And it’s completely free. People like to over complicate fitness when in reality the simplest things- good nutrition, good sleep, stress management- are the best bets for a good workout and health.
