    The best thing about your videos are that they are not lengthy, to the point and no nonsense, with load of visual instructions and actually matters.

    Amazing how I begin watching this guys videos on pull up, chin up, push ups, and dips 3 months ago. I have developed more strength in my core and size throughout my entire body- legs, chest, back, arms, etc- than I ever have lifting weights. I will forever lift more with my natural body, than rest for the rest of my life. I had a week core, and constantly suffered from lower back pains. I have completely eradicated all of those associated pains, and strengthen weak auxiliary muscles never used before. I do pure body weight lifting (if that makes sense), 3 times a week, and only lift twice a week. I just want to say thanks to this guy. I never thought I could do false grip pullups with 20 lbs of weight between my legs, reping.

      Seriously Power Cal, is it possible to get to the level of at least 5 basic pull-ups and chin-ups, narrow, medium and wide, for someone who is not fat and has slightly damaged left shoulder region from excessive stretching behind his back (stupid mistakes from over-zealous desire to be flexible a few months ago)?
      Can I do the above in say 1 year if I practice this 1-2 times a week (along with basic normal lifting)?

      If a man had even bigger muscles than this guy in the video, would you find that man even more attractive or less?
      Is there an optimal amount of musclarity so to speak? or is it the more muscles a man has the more the attraction?

    For an extreme workout I sometimes go to gay bars, drop my pants and explosively pull them back up as I straighten my back and chin up.I get work a pullup, a deadlift motion and my chin up.This also give an intense adrenaline rush because if I cannot pull my pants up fast enough,one of those rupauls may just nail me in the ass.
    Because of the extreme nature of this exercise, it is recommended for those who have a high level of pullup-chinup proficiency. For extra motivation, try prettying up real nice and smearing some of your penis sweat on your neck- if they run and chase you there is also a cardio effect.

    Hey, my name is Jaden Horner. I am a senior in high school who has been active since I was a freshman. Running, swimming, cycling, are my favorite aerobic choices and I train my upper body daily. I’m writing to you because I have plateaued completely with my pull-ups. I started off my school year at 14 and by the end of the week I had hit 18. The following week I was at 20 and that’s where it’s been the last couple of months. I train pull ups every few days with other exercises in my weekly routine. Pull-ups are my favorite body weight exercise but I am having a difficult time breaking 20. I compete in competitions that sometimes include your maximum number of repetitions in pull-ups and I normally am in the top five or so out of a few hundred kids my age but I’d like to continue growing. I eat healthy, more so than my peers and most of the population of my school. For example I start my morning with a kale, pineapple, lemon, and spinach smoothie. I’m asking for advice and maybe new information like I’m a competitive runner more than anything. I ran cross country for three years. Could my constant aerobic exercise slow my anaerobic progress? Do I need to train more often or less often? Am I doing something wrong? If you’d like me to send you a training video or just a short clip of how I do my pull-ups that’s no problem. Please write me back. I have a burning passion about training and I don’t enjoy this wall that’s stopping me from hitting 21 so anything you have to say will help. Thank you.

    • @SuckItLily
      @SuckItLily 10 років тому

      joeynyc321 This. Stretching on its own is useless. If one area is too tight that means another area is too weak. Or more like a dozen of them. When you train the deficient muscles the tight ones are stretched automatically, either at the same time or down the line due to the newly recovered function in the muscles you trained.

      No it proves that if you practice a certain movement for a long time, you'll get good at it. This isn't 'raw strength' per se... more so 'controlled body control'-type strength.
      "This proves that size = size & strength = strength"
      You've got to be kiidding me with that statement? What exactly does it mean?? lol?
      Size/weight can benefit you strength-wise depending on the sport you do; powerlifiting, strongman, rugby, some American football positions etc.

      Hey three pullups is the minimum for the Marine Corps. You just got to keep putting in work. The only way to get better at them is to do more of them.

    • @ChamorruWarrior
      @ChamorruWarrior 10 років тому

      Jake Bridges I think it's so weird that 3 lousy pull ups is the minimum for the freaking US MARINE CORPS... >.> lol

    • @jakesegdirb
      @jakesegdirb 10 років тому

      Yeah it is a odd number I'll admit, and I've only seen one Marine since I've been in not do three when it comes to a PFT. It was pretty pathetic to see. If you want to join the Marines you should be able to do at least 10 pullups.

    To all tall long limded ecto dudes ,im 188 cm , 81kg guy i can do 13 wide controlled pull ups without stretching my neck above the bar , barely doing a typewriter but working on it, plus got broken right arm with ulna plates, all i can say it takes whole much more time to get used to callisthenics as tall and dont listen to guys who do it with ease as they are about 1,70 or shorter , u got to work harder , get exhausted more and eat more than them but hey the result is rewarding aswell , and this guy is the perfect example , thank you very much learned many things from you and convinced myself that i can do it too .

      Mate we 1,85+ m are heavy weight. Our bodyweight is higher than under 1,80 m.
      We have it much more difficult to master bodyweight movements, but nevertheless we are stronger than light weight ;-)

    Excellent performance and video!, you're my inspiration and example everytime I exercise. I hope some day I'll be just as great and awesome as you are in this push up and pull up exercises. Just 1 little Question, is there a video or can you do one or can you tell me what should I do to warm up before doing pull ups and push ups so I don't get hurt or I could get a better performance in the overall exercise? Thank you!
