    I have been on a basically carnivore diet since 1983. I am the only one of my friends who never became overweight and have no chronic health issues. I look younger as well. I eat meat, drink water and some fermented dairy.

      @@JonasKuehneMD It seems like it, but totally by accident! I wanted to get a heart attack as I hated my life. Within a couple of years I became the second tallest in high school and have enjoyed my life since!

    Love your videos Dr. Kuehne! Seed oils are also bad for cancer patients. Any videos correlating the harm to patients for heart issues & cancer covers nearly 100% of the public. I personally aporeciate your sharing this research!!

      Thank you kindly. Yes, seed oils are still pushed by the American heart Association and the US dietary guidelines. This is in part because many government agencies are influenced by the food industry to push more plant-based processed products, in the misguided belief that this is better for the planet.

    People, listen to a German doctor way before your American doctor. Germany is not yet dominated by the drug/chemical industrial complex like in the USA.

      Thank you, I am actually an American physician that grew up in Germany. Unfortunately, even Europe is more and more influenced by the pharmaceutical industry.

    It will be a task to get people understanding the difference between UPF and " health" foods. What the human needs is nutrition. No matter how organic and wholegrain it is, if it doesn't contain what we need there is no reason to eat it. Grains are not for us. Most plants are not giving us what we need.

    With mass produced food, ppl have to accept to live with these problems including plastic. It is because the machines producing food such as bread all use plastic components from mixing to packing.

    Is bacon highly processed? What about uncured bacon?

    • @JonasKuehneMD
      @JonasKuehneMD  Місяць тому +1

      It can be, but there are a lot of natural bacon products that are minimally processed. The fat in bacon is not great as pigs are fed soy and corn so therefore they will store a lot of omega six fats in their fatty tissue. Eating this once in a while, it’s not a problem though, and I will have bacon probably at least once a month.
