The piece between the negative electrode and the middle electrode. Is it a sensor or a fuse? Can I send a picture of it so I can buy it because I lost it when I opened the Snap-On battery CT4418?

Isnt that nice, not everyone has a spot welder and i've tried to solder the connections, as others have said, but that doesnt hold. So what do i do then???
