    With every breath, the old moment is lost; a new moment arrives. manifestation.guide We exhale and we let go of the old moment. It is lost to us. In doing so, we let go of the person we used to be. We inhale and breathe in the moment that is becoming. In doing so, we welcome the person we are becoming. We repeat the process. This is meditation. This is renewal. This is life.

    This CD is very calming ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq the first meditation focuses on breathing, the second guides you through the Buddhist metta bhavana--loving kindness to all, and the third is a meditation to be used when walking. him is originally from Scotland, so there is a little accent to his voice, but it is very soothing and not at all distracting. If you are a beginner to meditation, this CD will walk you through all the steps of relaxing and breathing as well as sending out the positive thoughts of love and kindness that will be returned to you. We have several CD's, but this one is a favorite that we choose most often.

    I have been listening to this tens of times and it helps every time. Sometimes the truth needs to be repeated, and repeated, and repeated to get back on track from lost mind causing depression, self-hate, etc. Beautiful meditation! Truly recommend!

    Thank you guys for what you do. I have been dealing with cancer, bone marrow transplant, and the stress related to the struggle of a life threatening illness. A friend sent me one of Sarah’s healing meditation. It has been two a half years and I am getting better meditation is a big part of my healing. Thank you so very much 🙏

    I truly love each of your transforming meditations, but this is one I continually go back to. It brings true solace and nurturing for me...no matter what the human condition I am feeling, anxiety, sadness, depression, or just not feeling good about myself. It causes me to return to my spiritual condition which is perfect ease. I then can go out and be a conduit for love for my 5 children, 16 grandchildren, many friends. and always the stranger I meet along the path.

    Even though I feel happy and content, there was a sense of unease and almost guilt. I repeated to myself that I am worthy and I deserve to feel happy

    I broke down in tears listening to this. I've never truly meditated before but this truly worked! My body felt heavy, only but a vessel, and I felt my emotions and inner self taken over like a powerful wave. I felt my mind filter all these horrible, dehabilitating thoughts which have weighed me down and then i felt myself let go and float up almost in another space (I didn't know which was was up!). It's so hard to explain, I never knew how powerful the mind was. Your words truly delved into my self hate, my worries and anxieties. Just can't believe how much I cried, like I really accepted my negative emotions and owned them instead of covering them up trying to forget them. Amazing!!! Thank you so much.

    That was honestly awesome. I fell asleep half way into the meditation and woke up half an hour later the most peacefull I have ever been. I'm certainly going to do it again!

    I have had so much neglect and resentment built up for what I thought was directed towards others but after all this time it was for myself and after accepting the negative mentality and opening up it was so refreshing. This video brought me to happy tears!

    I am sixty-nine yrs old. Is that an old age to you? Well, it is not. And I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you FREE guided meditations I cherish daily. Your style, choice of language; you chose many different ways in which to describe your method to your listener so that the guides do NOT become trite or routine. I respect this so much. You instruct often before we start with positive prompts and mini lessons. Wisdom there.

    I found this video when I really needed it. My anxiety and anger were not proportionate to the circumstances. This video helped me calm down. I really recommend this video and will use it again when I lack serenity and balance.

    My 10 yr old daughter just had a melt down. Found her outside crying. I talk to her and she's able to bounce back until the next thing upsets her. So this time I didn't say much just took her hand and said, "follow me". Made her lay on the bed, gave her headphones, and my night mask, and a soft blanket. She's listening now while I read the caption of this meditation. I personally meditate and so I figured why not introduce her to it and pray that it helps her as well. Thanks for this video 😊

    The feeling of overwhelm stems from the conditioned sense of "not enough." So the treadmill ride begins--working so hard to compensate for "not enough" simply feeds the overwhelm, in a continuous feedback loop. This meditation helped me to stop the treadmill and really look at what I'm doing; what I really needed was someone to tell me: "It's ok, buddy, you don't have to work so hard." That someone was the real me. The one who truly sees through the eyes of love and compassion. I can't thank you enough for your gentle guidance. Namaste.

    I am very thankful for this meditation.
    Today was a rough one with parenting and teaching my own students. My son continued to test limits and cross lines. It definitely pushed me past a calm point. I sent him to his bed and took this time to put myself in a “time-out” of sorts too.
    “Kids don’t come with instructions,” and parenting strong willed little people is no joke. LOL!
    This was enough time to center myself, recognize no parent or child are perfect, we’re just doing our best free an already full day. I am now in a place to talk with my son, rather than “react.”

    Thank you. I feel profoundly sad due to experiencing thoroughly my origin of darkness from this, but also happy due to finding a hope through this journey deep inside my mind.       Clair Herwitz I think we have to know that we came here on a contract with the Creator and we agreed to all of the things that encounter us. We have a sort of amnesia from this here in this body, but we are souls inside that have existed beyond and will continue to. This helps us to forgive our poor decisions and understand that they lead to greater truth and understanding.

    I had a very stressful day today...from serious health concerns, antagonistic relatives yelling at me, and hurricane Florence otw to my coast. This guided meditation reduced my stress drastically! All day I was exhausted but afraid to let myself fall asleep. I can feel the cortisol melting away. Thankyou for making this video.

    Sara, the mindful movement is by far the best for me. Thank you! I am somewhat a meditation snob. (Lol) I try to meditate everyday because I know how beneficial it can be. But, most voices on the meditations irritate me or make me laugh so it is difficult to meditate. You have the perfect voice to guide me.

    Yo people! Great Asian giving one advice. Try this almost 20 minute meditation or if you want to exactly meditate for 20 minutes then continue meditating after the video ends. Do this meditation 2 - 3 times a day if you cannot meditate every day try it 4 times a week and you will notice a great change in your attitude, feelings and how you think in your every day life. Having calm heart and mind will help you live better. Making decisions will be easier.

    A lot of things you said, sounded so familiar all the negative emotions, self destructive talk! Glad to finally address these thoughts and emotion. I was/am stuck in negative self talk, always putting myself down. But hearing this gave me a sense of relief, i feel like it’s all emotions created by the experience we have which create discomfort. Accept it and address the problem if its in your control if not just let it go.

    Wonderful. I feel like she gave me hope and strength to deal with my life. Son in challenging marriage and concerns over daughter’s parenting. Adult kids! I must accept, surrender and know all will be well.

      Hello from here, I read this and thought I would comment. I have been battling with the same, and it 's a struggle because those feelings have been with me every minute of every day for the last few months. And the relief is when I listen to these guys or do yoga , but I am doing so much of it! Sometimes I feel indulgent and guilty but then - what use are we to anyone feeling low about our self worth?
