Music is well known to affect more than just our psyche. It can also have positive influence on internal functions like blood pressure, heart rate and even physical pain amongst many other things. Music tuned to 432 Hz is proven to be relaxing for body and mind and very often also perceived as being more harmonic and pleasant than the “standard” 440 Hz, which is the frequency that most of the modern day music we listen to is tuned at.
According to music theory, A=432 Hz is mathematically consistent with the universe. This is known as Verdi’s ‘A’ - named after Giuseppe Verdi, a famous Italian composer (even though Verdi used several tunings across his life..).
Music tuned to 432 Hz is often perceived as being softer and more pleasant. It is said to provide greater clarity and is easier on the ears. 432Hz music unites the listeners to the universal harmony and generates positive effects on mind and body. You can beat it. Without medication or chemo or radiation. Eat everything organic with lots of organic berries. Talk with a nutritionist. Cancel is beatable! My friend and colleague found out when his was in stage 4. That was 3 years ago. He was in his 50s when he found out. Get rid of your fear. Cancer is no longer a death sentence!

My grandson has autism and he was very over stimulated tonight from to much screen time. When I took his phone off him and said it's bedtime he was moving round & unsettled for 20 mins until this music took affect & obv calmed him 🙏🏾 I feel less stressed than I was an hour ago I can tell you ❤
Thats interesting to hear. As part of my job I have to interact with families who have children with SEN. Might be worth mentioning this as a calming tecnhique for future reference. I'm sure it's not going to work with averyone but am so happy to hear it calmed your son and then yourself. It's tough having children/grandchildren with additional needs at times and there often isn't much real support. But they're truly unique individuals
Listening to this to sleep at night, its so soothing. Helps calm me down instead of having brain static, worrying about so many things and instead to just relax. Gives me a very cozy feeling. Waking up to this with the birds chirping on a beautiful day while the sun rises, really makes you appreciate life. Ive taken it for granted for far too long. Life is worth living!

I was so stressed and just tired. Within a few minutes I was out . No worries,just calmness. Thank you for creating the frequencies we need to clear our minds of over thinking and just relax. My fur baby listens also. It calmed him while we were having a thunderstorm,and right before neighbors were shooting off a few fireworks. Pre testing before the fourth. He was trembling so bad,I held him and we listened to the calming music. Both drifted into peaceful sleep.May we all be healed from the stress of this life we live. Love is the answer, always has been.

my best friend is cutting ties with me. it’s very painful but this music is helping it be bearable to be awake. and of course there’s two people on either sides of a separation of some sort. symbolism i suppose. even tho we’ll be apart i hope our love will always be connected, or at least exist somewhere on some level, even if we’ve long forgotten about it.

i actually used this for an anxious dog as opposed to myself and worked like a charm :) now we’re both calm.
I just have 20 minutes listening and I feel calm. Please you can give the dog cbd or hemp calming gummies for dogs, Amazon sells them. They also sell chamomile tincture and you can put some of that in his or her water too. Or give the tea if the doggie drinks it, mine wont but the gummies or cbd oil has helped my very anxious elderly dog. Much love to you and your doggie.
