- This is a new guided mindfulness meditation on relaxation and being calm - This session will bring focus to your body and mind, with breath exercises that will help you to release tension and calm your nerves. We can find comfort when we become aware of thoughts that cause anxiety and pain. Awareness of the present moment can help us to reset and find a better headspace. Find healing by improving your mental health and wellness!
Let the dialogue and ambient music soundtrack guide you. Guided meditation dialogue lasts for about 11 minutes with some ambient music breaks and several minutes of silent meditation to end the session. Relax and be calm!

I have been saffered from anxiety for more than two years.. fortunately I came over that terrible feeling by doing meditation every night.
I believe meditation is the best method to reach peacefully and to obtain the calmness .
Ive recently been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and have been thru a terrible experience with anxiety attacks not knowing what was happening and feeling terrified, this made me lightly sob with how well it relaxed my mind and body

Are you still having them friend? I read a book named bad ass ways to end anxiety attacks that really helped me

I need this rn because I have times where I feel anxious and times where I don’t but I really need to do meditation more often and I’m gonna keep doing it and your Channel does help me a little bit but what I’m dealing with is very difficult but hope that I can overcome my problem with tics soon.

This was an amazing guided meditation total relaxed and weightless . The advert on the end was so loud it really jolted me is there a way of switching these off?

On average, on long does it take to really feel the effects from meditation after doing it daily?
That is a great question. I don't know if there is research out there, but I find that I usually notice a positive effect after a week or two of consistent meditation, even if it is for 5-10 minutes a day.

Interviewing is anxiety producing I eliminate a lot of that I cut through the crap ,and noise by saying I need to hear I'm hired at end of meeting I don't go unless I get that agreement simple and very intelligent way of taking anxiety out of interview process cause these people are lucky to interview me !!!! Thursday interview it's not a lot of hours and only 15.50 a hour but it's next day pay I need and I'd I like trust him leads to waitress that's big money at a brewery!!
So I will keep that do a side job around it or if offered full time receptionist cashier she's calling tomorrow it's more money it's more hours I need that right now . Then I can do a night job at grocery store and after food handlers card alcohol certification both offered on line 15$ I can pursue more I have excellent choices . I'm so thankful for my savvy witt intelligent thinking mind
