i got severely depressed a few years ago when i started to go to the gym regularly and the scale did not budge, my clothes started to fit better, but since my entire life the weighing scaling controlled my life ( i was bullied for being fat when i was a kid, looking back i wasn't :c ) i was so severely depressed and just wanted to cry so i went to a nearby church even though i wasn't religious at that time, and just cried to the pastor, crazy to think that because i started to pray right after that. thanks for telling your viewers to base weight loss on body composition rather than actual weighing scale, it's the biggest tip i got from my dietician too!
Yes please please please do more healthy eating videos!!! Especially protein packed ones!! As well as how to start weight lifting for health and proper form!! Love ur videos and been watching since high school and am a mother now myself trying to focus on being a healthy mama and a new stronger me 🥰🥰🥰

Haha, it's so great and random that that squash plant just walked into your yard, basically! That looks like a zucchini-pumpkin hybrid, which can happen when pumpkin and zucchini plants are close to each other and pollinate each other. Always check for bitterness before eating them; the recessive gene that can make plants poisonous can become dominant in the hybrids. Thankfully it's very easy to spot as they'll really be very noticeably bitter. We have a bunch of hybrids each year as I grow both zucchini and a couple of other squashes, and I guess about 1 in 5 is poisonous. Great recipes and you look 🔥

I know genetics play a role, and being consistently healthy before, during, and after pregnancy matters, but are there additional skincare tips? The reciples all look great. I definitely need more protein so the Lupin flour and roasted chickpea spread are amazing recommendations.

Muscle is heavy. So toned people are like 10-25 lbs heavier than they appear~ which is why most people have a hard time being tonned as they try and keep the scale low and get scared if they get heavy
hey megan , i made a pickle sandwitch today and you came on my mind for some reason , u should def try it out! , its like a subway sandwitch but instead of bread , u use huge pickle! nasiclly full pr protein and no carbs
As a person with nut allergy I will definitely try the chickpea spread. I don’t know the taste of Nutella, so I am curious on what this kind of spread is like.
Great recipes but I would need to try alternatives since I’m vegan. Detoxing would be great, trying to get back to a healthy weight and body and possibly getting off meds.
Consistency is key, so as a fellow person with minimal willpower you just have to do what *you* can be consistent with even if it’s a slower process. For example I hate fussing with macros, but am happy to do intermittent fasting, and I can maintain a regular cardio regimen but can’t make myself do weightlifting or Pilates-so I don’t! If you have trouble with lifestyle changes and discipline you *have* to take the path of least resistance if you want the change to stick.
