    Hey Winter, I really liked your video. Could you please do a cross jumps tutorial? I always try to do them but I end up not doing so many of them as I trip over quite easily. I would appreciate it

    A week ago I was started with jump roping.😀 After 30 jumps I was already tired and the next day I had a painful right knee! I was jumping on the right shoes.

    • @PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS
      @PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS  4 роки тому +1

      Hey Diana sorry to hear about your knee pain. You need to ease your way into new exercises. Rest and reduce the amount next time might be a great way to start. I recently started running again and experienced knee pain so I will post a video of the rehab I am doing soon.

      @@PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS thank you for reacting! I will take my rest and I'll try to jump again about several weeks. I have to say that I am older than you.😀🇳🇱Greetings from Holland!
