My name is Stephanie, I am eight years old and have been watching your videos for about six months now and have been practicing, I am going to learn a lot from this video. I want to jump rope in my school's talent show this next month. I will be practicing a lot, I have the swing over my head down and will try more moves to show, it is so much fun for me to jump rope, it is really cool on how you do those moves, it is going to be so much practice for me. Thanks for helping me.
Clear and easy instructions for those 10 fun skills. Demos of hand, arm, and feet positions are most useful. And the slow clips bring home the example. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Lauren, I am totally loving your videos! I am 56 and trying to lose my post-Covid weight. I always used to love skipping rope, and your videos have reinspired me, thank you so much! By the way, have you ever played your videos when you are talking, at 0.25X speed? Enjoy that lol and have a great weekend.
it is plain to see by all, you break down all the skills to a point that its easy to do, and explain it too , leads me to realise your app would be a must have for the detail breakdown of each and every skill and how they mesh together🏋🏋💕💕💕💕👌👌
From the first time I seen ur video, I am still in awe, watching your rope skills! I am going to try? Thank you, you make your routine look so cool to watch!
this is great, adds all new fun to jumping rope.. I have always just gone for quantity with doubles and crosses.. this adds a whole new world to jumping rope
I started jump roping in October and am ready to start learning tougher tricks, so this video is great. I am so excited to try these, but I am so intimidated by the mic release. I started trying it a few weeks ago and have made little progress, but have plenty of new welts. If anyone has any tips, I am so open. Thank you!
I'm living in hope, that behind closed doors, you are answering my request, practicing hard and in the near future, we are gonna hear Sir Billy Connolly singing, you jumping and we get to see a wellies wiggle.....or two!
Loved this video and the top ten format (and the new curtains and plants do make an excellent backdrop, plus cutting to your previously recorded videos)! I am not yet on the full bandwagon of jumping, but this inspires me to keep progressing to get there!
Thanks Lauren, you're such a great example to follow. I have tried to spin my rope, both pvc and beaded but it double loops, I can only do it when I shorten the rope so much its too short to jump with. 😂😂 I suppose more practice is needed. I assume our height, verses rope length comes into it? 🤷♀️
I’ve been jumping rope for years and just now tried the shuffle. I look and feel like I did the first time I ever picked up a rope in high school. Like a clumsy beginner.
Hoping one day, a choreography option will be added to the app. 🤞🏾 Took me forever to get the 360. Right when I learned the 360, then i see the Texan 360 is released on the app 😮💨😅. I'll get it eventually. That mic release is going quite the challenge because I only jump with weighted ropes. Maybe i can find a weighted beaded rope somewhere 🤔 🤷🏾♂️
Salut Lauren , impressionnant de remettre au goût du jour la corde à sauter ! quelle belle énergie , et ton petit plus , tu t amuses avec le sourire ! Merci merci pour ton partage…Frenchkiss…
i love your job and i love you. Love tout de toi, tu es une inspiration pour moi et ma femme qui est nageuse pro, autre discipline mais toutes aussi belles
Is anybody help me whats the movement name between 02:15 - 02:17 she is unhand one handle of rope and grap again after some turn i checkhed any teaching videos of that movement. and I liked video Lauren thanks for that :)
It's disappointing that all the activities in your app are paid. You could have built a larger user base by offering some free activities and then charging for more advanced options for those who are more motivated😢
You’re commenting on a video which is packed with free information from me. I post free content on this channel all the time, have a free quickstart guide and there’s a free 7 day trial on the app. I also help many members on my free Facebook group and send emails with free tips and slow mos to my mailing list multiple times a week. Hope that helps!
@@LaurenJumps Hi, that was just a suggestion for new ideas. An app serves a different purpose compared to other free platforms. It might sound a bit greedy, but it could be an idea to explore in the coming years. When I go to a park to train, I prefer using an app over a UA-cam video. Essentially, this is about retention strategy because many people, especially those not familiar with your work, might download your app and uninstall it right away if they're required to pay or enter their credit card details before using it. Thanks for your excellent content, and sorry if I come off as greedy🙏
Yes I think it’s an essential strategy for apps without a following who aren’t fronted by an individual who already has a following. Those sort of apps might only be discovered via the App Store or an advert. Content creators like me are in a unique position where we have a large following and are already able to reach an audience with our free content. My app is generally not being discovered by people not familiar with my work. Pretty much all downloads come directly from my platforms which work as a segue into the app. Going back to your original comment though, I provide so much free content for those who want to start jump rope. And the app IS the advanced option for those who are more motivated to advance further and more quickly. Anyone in doubt has the free trial and there’s a lite option as well for those who want a longer taste of the app without paying for full access. I’m sorry if anyone doesn’t like that process but it’s really as simple as signing up and cancelling straight away if there’s concern about the free trial auto renewing

Isn’t it ‘skipping rope’?
It's a beaded jumprope mostly used by beginners or to learn tricks.
@@ninapositive4586 It’s still skipping though, right.
@@jaytee8188 skipping and jumprope both are same
I'm in love with you but you're a beautiful girl to me
